I literally cannot put in words how amazing Rachel was this afternoon with me.

In terms of explaining the process and making a really difficult decision so seamless, she was just exceptional. Kind, considerate and also just really familiar and reassuring was so key to what I was looking for in terms of speaking to advisor and she met every single one of those.
It’s a scary and unnerving thing admitting that you’re struggling and needing help and this did not feel like I was desperate seeking advice and help. I felt like I was working with someone to improve my situation. Every question was answered confidently and with such reassurance I felt like putting my trust into this was completely valid.

I absolutely recommend this service and Rachel specifically she was just utterly amazing and the reassurance I feel now that I have agreed to something is something I’ve not felt for a really long time.

Spoke with rachel for over an hour on the phone. I was not in a good place at the beginning of the call, and Rachel put me at absolute ease throughout the phone call. She explained everything clearly and made me feel so comfortable and open to talk. Made the whole process easy to understand and I can’t thank Rachel enough. Andrew was extremely patient and answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, in great detail and kept repeating until I understood. He never judged me and made me feel very comfortable.

Honestly Wren really helped me and made me feel at ease; taking all anxiety away. Was a pleasure to deal with and she helped so much going through all options and making sure to help as much as she could!

I want to start by saying every member of staff I've dealt with has been lovely. Really helpful and kind.

But dear god their communication is absolutely atrocious. Being left on read on WhatsApp, taking ages to get a reply to either WhatsApp or email, then when you do get a reply, the person doesn't seem to have looked particularly deeply into your file or read previous emails/messages so you just get repeated messages and the implication is rhat you aren't co-operating/communicating. I've informed them of how vulnerable i am and still there seems to be no protocols in place for dealing with vulnerable people. All this has culminated in massively triggering my already fragile mental health.

Im sure they are trying and as I said the staff have always been kind. But this needs sorting, this has been going on for a while now and they don't provide rhis service free of charge, they are being paid.

It has been extremely stressful trying to balance bills, repayments on cards etc to the point I didn't know where to turn. I came across these guys and how glad m I that I did.
The support you receive is amazing, everyone you speak to is truly there to help you. Everyone has been helpful and so kind, explaining everything along the way. I highly recommend these guys, if you're in debt please call them. I would have been in a terrible state if it had not been for that phonecall, and being supported the way I was.

I was very nervous about getting in to contact about my debt problem. I dealt with Wren and I cannot thank her enough for all of her help. She showed compassion and understanding and explained all of the options available to me. I have signed in to a debt management plan over 5 years and reduced my monthly payments by £700. The customer service that was provided from start to finish with Wren was outstanding. I would highly recommend, and if like myself you are nervous or afraid to pick up the phone and make the call, be assured that the weight of the world will be lifted off your shoulders by the end of it
