The service has been excellent, nothing is too much trouble. I spoke with Rob who explained fully and reassured me about the process and what to expect but he was here for me to guide me every step of the way. He showed empathy and treated me like a real person.

TDA are an amazing organisation
TDA are an amazing organisation who are fully supportive from the minute you make contact with them. Their team are organised, friendly and are patient to understand your situation & circumstances.
Prime example of the service TDA bring to the table was with Arthur Millington who went out of his way to help me today with a very “pushy and aggressive” debtor … he had been in correspondence with them for weeks on my behalf. Arthur has solved the situation with the creditor which is incredible & the service provided by Arthur was amazing. 10/10
I would recommend anyone getting brought down monthly by debt to use TDA they are superb outfit who do everything by the book.

I decided to reach out to this company for help with insolvency. Offered to help but the communication was horrendous. They message on WhatsApp but read and ignore your messages. Promised they would guide me through the process however didn’t I would go elsewhere. If your case is complicated they are useless. Would not recommend.
