The wording and phrasing of information was informal.
When I received my certificate after completing my level 2 in child play work they had written level 3 on my certificate.
Questions badly worded and some not making sense at all!

I made an order for health and social care level 3 and 4 courses and specifically indicated the courses were for someone else with the name of the said person clearly written out but when the certificates came out it was not bearing the specified name,I have been sending emails to this effect and I have gotten no response

Flexibility,very easy to understand ,easy to get access via internet,oportunity to study any age any nationality,certificated international and so many other facilities for me as an EU cityzen with residence in Scotland

I have not been provided with login details

The course is informative and well designed for an online learning platform. I am looking forward to gaining my qualification at the end of the course. The ease of the site means I can pick up where I left off on any device.

I enjoyed the course , easy to use website

The courses are relevant to what is required on the job and easy to understand

You buy the course then they take your money but you can't register so you can't go onto the course,I've emailed no one responded looks like its a scam

You did actually send the course to the right person as a gift when I contacted you . Thank you. Have done previous courses with you.

Timing with the username and password needs to be more quicker plus haven’t had my username and password it’s been 4 days now

It was very easy to register to course. After made payment , they send username and password to access to the course immediately.
It had very discount.
The course portal is easy to use.

Did what it said it would do and more very good service and good experience will be doing more courses with them

Is not straight forward

I brought 2 courses, the first one I was at least able to access but it was incredibly basic information. The second one is nowhere to be found. The customer service phone didn’t answer and I haven’t had an email back. Wouldn’t recommend

Edit- After a while they responded and sent back the money, still wouldn’t recommend though

Didn’t want to leave a bad review, but I didn’t have a good experience yesterday and had to get PayPal to refund my money. After paying for the course I was asked to log in, I’ve never registered so couldn’t log in and couldn’t register… then I emailed and haven’t yet had a response, called on the number on the website which belonged to a bakery… at this point I felt I had been scammed hence getting my money back. I hope my experience was not the norm and will remove this feedback should the company contact me but so far a request for feedback is the only contact I have had! I then went on to purchase from the centre of excellence for the same price and haven’t had any issues with them as yet.

Very disappointed. Not very informative mostly common sense.
