The Course Mix Anmeldelser 

I have been unable to login to my portal. I keep on getting the error message "invalid username and/or password". I sent an email to the student learning portal to lodge a complaint, but there has been no response for the past 4 days. It is disheartening.

I got this survey before I received the log in information to start the course.
When can I get the log in information?
Will you pay me back the fee?

The course was just what I needed it was informative detailed and well structured. I enjoyed and looked forward to the chapters. Thank you

Whilst there was a lot of information and theory provided there was no actual routine or demonstration which isn’t helpful at all. Had I have known this I wouldn’t have purchased the course as I feel it’s been a waste of my time.

The course is well set out. I did have trouble logging on. I emailed help desk and had an immediate reply and guidance.
Have completed one module so far.
Clear and concise text.
Passes at end of module kept for you to see your results. Really pleased I chose this site.

Can't access the course

Totally appalling course. I purchased the Accounting for Small Business Course on April 23 and was shocked. Errors, typos - felt like a child did this.

Asked for a refund and yet nothing. Shocking con artists.

The courses are easily accessible online and the content covers all relevant topics. They are also accredited. Most importantly the courses prices are value for money.

After paying for the course, the instruction was to look out for another email with log in details.
The other email came but with NO log in details.
That's over 24 hours ago. I have written 3 emails since then to no avail.
This is quite unacceptable to me.

Great and easy to go though course- not the best page setup to find everything in student page. But I did my CPD for dog breeding license- level 3 animal care. Just to have another certificate and check the knowledge

I did not get my signing i. Details so I just paid but I couldn't sign in and there is no one to talk to

The course content is very instructive, comprehensive and easy to be followed. Additionally the platform is absolutely functional having awesome illustration.

Great course

Pointless course. With no useful material and a question that is wrong in the final exam.
No regulations or official guidelines, just basic common sense. Reads like a school project.

This is a fantastic way to get a qualification there are lots of courses to do in your own time.
