Realicé un pedido por primera vez y me encantó la experiencia. Llegó rápido y las fotos correspondían 100% a la realidad.

Hice un pedido el pasado 2 de setiembre. Aún no lo he recibido, ni el pedido, ni mail de confirmación/información sobre el envío. No responden mail y por redes no me dan más información.

Il pacco è arrivato ma dopo 1 mese invece che 4-7 giorni come scritto sul sito. Pensavo non sarebbe mai arrivato perché per email non rispondono, nei dm di Instagram non rispondono, se provi a scrivergli nei commenti ti cancellano il commento e Il traking non funzionava. Nonostante sia stata tra le poche fortunate a cui è arrivato il pacco non sono per niente soddisfatta perché si chiama the cotton brand ma è tutto completamente in poliestere e di scarsa qualità. Non comprate da loro.

La marca es muy buena! Todos los productos que he comprado tienen un 60% de algodón al menos. Me encantan los colores! Asi no dudas tanto en cual coger. Para verano los vestidos blancos son increibles! Picaddily se llama! Sigo esta tienda desde sus inicios a través de instagram. Los tiempos de entrega antes eran un desastre. Pero ahora llegan en pocos días! La marca está en España.

Muy contenta con mi compra. Es la primera vez que compro en esta tienda y me gusta mucho. El vestido crema para la playa es top!! Casi todos los productos tienen un porcentaje alto de algodón. Los he conocido por anuncios de instagram.

So happy with my purchase! They have good design dresses. I love white color. This brand is not new but I have just discover it some days ago. I bought picaddilly dress and holborn pants. :)

Ho ordinato circa più di un mese fa e non è ancora mai arrivato, all’inizio mi hanno risposto su instagram in privato perché per email non rispondono mai dicendomi che mi avrebbero avvertito quando sarebbe stato inviato, poi un giorno ho ricevuto un messaggio di avvenuta spedizione sono andata a vedere il tracking della spedizione sul sito ma era tutto come prima del tutto invariato… palesemente una grande truffa, credo che una tantum ti inviano qualcosa ma random per avere un minimo di credibilità ma la maggior parte delle volte ti truffano e questa volta purtroppo è capitato a me, inoltre palesemente cancellano i commenti negativi sui post di Instagram, ho visto commenti di alcune ragazze sparire appena si chiede qualche spiegazione in più….
Don’t ever buy from them, they will never send you what you bought, i am waiting from almost more then one month and nothing came yet, the company is from Spain and i live in Italy, I know for fact that it doesn’t make that much time because I already bought stuff from Spain so… Clearly they’re just taking money and i also saw that they deleted all the negative comments on their post on instagram

Tengo varias prendas de la marca y estoy muy contenta con el resultado. Coinciden con lo que pedí y las telas son excepcionales.

I had to request my bank to intercede because they didn’t want to give me my money back from a return, they wanted to give me a code for me to buy again from them discounting the delivery fee. The pair of pants I bought weren’t designed well and according to them it was my problem 😂 terrible company, I’m always trying to support small brands but this one I wouldn’t recommend

Ho ordinato circa un mese fa ed il mio ordine non è mai arrivato, controllo in continuazione sul sito e mi da processo di invio, ho provato a contattare loro e non mi hanno risposto !
Non ordinate se non volevo fare la mia stessa fine !

Scam website.

Order a dress and waited for two weeks. Then when I reached out to customer service got a tracking code that was only generated but never used. The status remain like that for 10 days when I decided to reach out again on Instagram (that's how I found the brand and the website, via instagram ads).

I tried to ask information about my order and why it wasn't shipped and they blocked me. Tried to write again with another account reporting this so no other girls get scammed and they blocked me again

Ordered the Covent Garden Suit (Blazer and Trousers). Complete different colour fabrics to each other and very poor quality blazer. Currently trying to sort a refund out rather than store credit. Slow response, only replied to emails after i raised a paypal dispute. Would not buy again from here due to quality.

I have now tried to reach then multiple times, without getting any response.
I made my order ten days ago and haven’t received anything, nothing, not even a shipping confirmation.

Estafada por esta empresa. No responden a los mail y las prendas que me enviaron no se correspondían con la realidad. Las devolví y jamás volví a saber de ellos. Me deben el importe de un vestido y una camiseta. Han borrado hasta su instagram. ESTAFA!

This is the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I bought a trouser suit for £100, it was like a polyester prison, they don't do refunds, so I exchanged it for some boots, they smell so bad...glue...cheap.
I'm putting this down to experience, I've lost £100 +.
It looks like all there stuff is made cheaply in China, I'm sure it's profitable in the short term.
