Ho ordinato e pagato 5 articoli , di questi ne sono arrivati solo 3 e di scarsa qualità. Ciononostante ho tenuto la merce ed ho segnalato innumerevoli volte l'ammanco senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Davvero disonesti ! Dovrebbero essere bloccati definitivamente dal commercio on, line.

Las prendas se corresponden con las de la web, a diferencia de otras páginas, de buena calidad... El envío estuvo en el plazo acordado así que volveré a comprar.

In the site there is written that if youre outsite spain the return of the clothes is completely free, im asking for a return since the set i ordered is terrible quality and theyre refusing to pay for the shipment

Also the customer service is rude and bad ive never seen such a s*hit customer experience

Pessimi, non ancora ricevuto la mail di spedizione del pacco. Purtroppo ho letto tardi le recensioni su questo sito, altrimenti non avrei mai ordinato

Recibí mi paquete en 2 semanas, lo que me parece bien :) Me informaron también durante todo el proceso y he podido seguir el estado de entrega de mi paquete.
Luego sobre las prendas, tallan bien y eran en buen estado. Es verdad que algunas vienen de China, otras de Italia. Pero no son de tan mala calidad la verdad y son bonitas. No son de algodón puro es cierto ni es una marca sostenible. Pero se mejoró bastante. Estoy contenta con mi compra ! Alix

Muy mala calidad, mucho retraso en la entrega. Poca seriedad en atención al cliente. La ropa la compran en otro mercado y la revenden más cara. No corresponde precio con calidad del producto. Las devoluciones son también una estafa.

ES UNA ESTAFA.
La ropa que te llega no tiene nada que ver con la de las fotos, la calidad es de ropa china porque es una tienda que se dedica a comprar ropa china y revenderla, aprovechándose de la gente. Lo que no entiendo es como sigue abierta la tienda. El pedido tardo en llegar más de un mes, calidad pésima y nada que ver con las fotos. He pagado 70 euros por un vestido que a ellos les habrá costado 5. Además son tan sinvergüenzas que ni si quiera se molestan en disimular poniendo una etiqueta en la ropa o en contestar. Se ríen descaradamente de la gente.

DONT BUY.

I made an order. Didn’t receive it. When I confronted them they said I would get it in some days. After two months they said it had been delivered (have you seen it? Bc I certainly did NOT receive the order). Asked for my money back or proof of deliver, they started to ignore me.
So since I highly doubt that I will get my money back, at least I hope this review helps someone to make the decision of not buying anything from this brand.

Scam company, package not delivered and no money refunded. No response from them via email or socials.

Esta “empresa” se puede definir de todo menos profesional.

Realice mi pedido el 25 de enero y resulta que acabó en una dirección incorrecta.

Me comunicaron que procedieron a volver a enviar el pedido y a día 22 de febrero aún no lo he recibido.

He intentado contactarles por mail o por instagram y lo único que me escriben es: “ lo recibirá en los próximos días” cuando les llevo solicitando el código localizador desde el día 9.

INACEPTABLE, NO COMPRÉIS AQUÍ.

Vergüenza de empresa y marca , le pongo un 1 por poner …trato nefasto , tarda muchísimo las prendas de China porque obvio son de china ( sin etiquetas de calidades , sin información …) no devuelven el dinero y eso que vienen sucias , calidades malas , no compréis en esta marca porque es de pena

AS EVERY REVIEW HERE SAYS. INDEED, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Ordered a lovely dress from this company, they allegedly send it to me and when it arrived in the country l got the message from the shipper saying the adres is incorrect (which 100% was not the case) and the package was going to be send back and is currently in the status for destruction. As long as the package was on its way the customer service was good, now that I messaged them that I wanted a refund they are not getting back to me anymore.
