El producto recibido no tiene nada que ver con el anunciado en la web y el que compré.

Ordered a top in early July. Nothing has arrived. The tracking link they gave me does not work. I have emailed a number of times with no response. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs

The dress I have before me is clearly not the same as announced on the web... obviously not of cotton, but also the fit is different, one sleeve is longer as the other, very see-through...

No compren en esta tienda, los productos son de mala calidad para el precio que tienen, es ropa del shein vendida por ellos y a otro precio.

Pedí unas botas de piel que después de leer las opiniones me dio mucha desconfianza puesto que es verdad que venían de China y yo no lo sabía, (las leí después) pensé que sin duda serían un fraude total porque además tardaron veinte días en llegar, lo cierto es que las esperaba sin ninguna ilusión y dando por hecho que me habían engañado porque no acababan de llegar y al mirar el seguimiento del pedido vi que salían de China, bueno pues por fin me han llegado y la verdad es que son muy bonitas y muy cómodas, me llevé una grata sorpresa, lo malo que veo de esta web es que solo puedes devolver los productos a cambio de un bono para próximas compras, eso ya casi nadie lo hace y además te crees que estás comprando en una tienda en Madrid y no te esperas que tú pedido tarde veinte días y venga de China.

The dress that was shown on the website is clearly not the dress that I have before me & is purely a poor copy that they are passing off as their own!
Hopefully they will not be in business for much longer so will not have the opportunity to rip any one else off!😡

Ho ordinato un vestito quasi un mese fa.
Dopo due settimane senza ricevere aggiornamenti, ho scritto via chat al servizio clienti. Inizialmente mi hanno detto che l’ordine doveva ancora partire, il giorno seguente mi hanno dato un tracking number FALSO.
Il sito di Poste Italiane dice che il numero è inesistente e che non c’è alcuna spedizione in arrivo per me.
Ho scritto altre 2 volte al servizio clienti, la prima pee dire che il tracking è sbagliato e la seconda per dire che mi hanno truffata e per chiedere di essere risarcita: nessuna risposta!!!

La verdad, me encanto por la similitud de las prendas en las fotos con la realidad. Son idénticas y eso es de valorar. Un 10! Muy buena calidad

Worst experience. From product to customer care, I have never seen worst.
AliExpress is way better.

The refund system does not work
As a consumer based in Spain, I am aware of members of the European Union, and as such, EU consumer protection laws apply. These laws ensure certain rights and protections for consumers, including the right to return goods purchased online within a specific timeframe and receive a refund.

I received the goods already out of delivery date estimated on the website.
Between misleads, a VERY LATE reply, and wrong addresses, finally decided to ship to one of the addresses.
Unfortunately, it appears that there has been a misunderstanding or oversight regarding the refund policy for my purchase. Despite being eligible for a refund according to applicable laws, I have been informed that a refund will not be provided by the company they gave me a voucher code to spend as I wanted, but I had to pay the shipping costs to send the returned item as well as to pay for the new ones if I wanted to spend the voucher.
Unbelievable bad.

This is the worst nightmare. Im waiting for month now and haven't received anything yet. DO NOT BUY THERE! They don't sent you anything and they don't answer. Worst costumer experience I've ever made!!!

Ho fatto un ordine 1 mese fa e dopo tanti solleciti non è arrivato nulla, ho scritto sia sulla pagina Instagram che sulle e-mail… mi avevano risposto dicendo che i giorni lavorativi per la spedizione erano 10 ma siamo ovviamente fuori tempo! Non comprate da questi ladri. SONO TRUFFATORI E SI DEVONO VERGOGNARE… li segnalerò ovunque perché devono smetterla di prendere in giro le persone!
