Third time to buy from here. From U.I. to checkout, the website is very easy to navigate. The delivery is down to the courier and that was within the time frame estimated. The products from The Costume Shop are of good quality. Do read the description of your item, carefully.

V prompt delivery. Well- packaged. Costume inexpensive but quality wasn’t the best - tatty seams etc. It reflects the price, I guess! I would continue to shop with The Costume Company as they have a great range of costumes across various price points. Something for everyone 🙂

I think it's pretty sneaky that you don't advertise the full price. When you're dealing with private clients VAT is not refundable and should be advertised from the outset, not at the end of the transaction

I absolutely cannot rate these guys highly enough. Three times I was back & forth to arrange my purchase that I needed same day at short notice and three different members of staff really got on board, brainstorming for a solution to make it happen, particularly Steve. He arranged for a collection outside of opening hours and made my 8yo son very happy indeed as he can now go see the new Mandalorian movie in style. In future, this is where I'll be coming for my son's costumes and I have no hesitation recommending The Costume Shop to whoever is reading these reviews.
Seriously, in a world where staff & Customer Care in general are indifferent when it comes to assisting, it is refreshing to receive this level of service.
