Bad end of tenancy clean
While the people from the main company were prompt and nice with their communication, it seems like they send out contracted inexperienced cleaners. I ordered a move out deep clean for a two bedroom apartment and agreed on a pricing of £200+, when the cleaners arrived and inspected the place, one of them immediately started to complain about how much build up of scale there were in the shower and toilet section and spent the next few minutes discussing in Bulgarian how much extra to charge.
I agreed to the extra charge despite knowing that the scales aren’t that hard to clean off as long as the right products are used ( and it seems like they did not do that, they only brought in basic cleaning liquids). They proceeded to spend only two hours cleaning the place, and after having a look around, I had to point out the really obvious dusty places they missed …
After they left, I also noticed that they just simply wiped the stove and oven without trying to do a deep clean as part of the contract, again, it seems like they didn’t even bother to bring the right products to clean the surfaces. The excuse they gave was that they didn’t want to use any force to damage but I could easily wipe off grease buildup from the stove after using a specialised stove cleanser.
They would do well for a simple domestic clean, but definitely not professional enough to do end of tenancy move out cleans.

Immaculate results in cleaning
After my tenant moved out, the flat was left in an appalling state. I contacted Cleaning Gurus, and they sent a team out the very same day. When I returned just a few hours later, it felt as though I had walked into a brand new flat.
Everything was absolutely spotless; the curtains, carpets, glass doors, shower screen, cooker, balcony, and every other surface had been cleaned to an exceptional standard. The transformation was unbelievable.
The team were professional, efficient, and took great pride in their work. I cannot recommend Cleaning Gurus highly enough. If you’re looking for a company that delivers outstanding results, look no further.

I rate the service of this company as excellent. They responded very quickly to my original request, came back promptly with a quotation that I regarded as competitive, and were flexible with dates for carrying out the work. On the day, Neli arrived with her partner a few minutes early and they set to without delay and worked very hard to clean the carpets in four rooms.
