I have bought 2 items this month - being new to this site. Both items came up in a thorough web search as being the only company with my (xl) size in stock! Great service - delivered before i expected and keen prices. Very happy all round and will hopefully use Chimp again.

Hi Will,
Thanks for your review. We're sorry the sizing was not as described on your item. We have since added size charts to a number of our brands to ensure customers have all the necessary info at hand when purchasing in future. We hope to see you again soon.

Svar fra The Chimp Store
Hello Phil,
Thank you for your review.
I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you have received from The Chimp Store. We have looked into your order and I can see from the DPD Local tracking website that the parcel was collected from our warehouse on Thursday morning and should have been delivered as usual on Friday.
We are now looking into this matter with DPD Local to further understand why the parcel wasn't delivered on time.
If you would like to discuss this is more detail please email us at info@thechimpstore.com
Kind regards,
The Chimp Store
