Ordered luxury gift boxes which arrived in an unsuitable and non presentable flimsy box. There was also not enough padding in the boxes so all the items were jumbled up. Not luxury for giving as gifts unless you re wrap the box and add your own padding. Spoke to customer service who were not helpful and unbothered. Disappointing company

We are sorry to hear your feedback that the gift boxes did not arrive in the condition as expected; we have looked into this with our Customer Services team.
With any damage we require photos of this so we can then arrange a replacement, however as you were not able to provide any images of damage and as there was no visible damage to the outer transit boxes in the delivery images provided by DPD we were not able to provide replacements. We trust you understand why this is necessary.
The Customer Services Team have offered free delivery on your next order as a gesture of goodwill, and in addition should you require additional gift boxes we are happy to provide these for you at a reduced cost.
Please reach out to the Customer Services Team if you would like to make use of either of these options.

Abysmal service
Abysmal service. I paid a premium for next day delivery but never received my item, I was then told that I wouldn’t receive a refund for this as they had dispatched it the next day . Avoid this company at all costs.

Excellent assistance from their office when I had to check and amend my order. They even put a gift message that I had forgotten to add online and that meant having to unpack a parcel already set up to be collected form them for delivery

I found the website was easy to use and the item was delivered quickly by DPD to my local Post
Office. I was very impressed with the 'bubble wrap type' packaging around the wine bottle. I haven't tasted the wine but my daughter and boyfriend have, and I have bought this bottle for them to share at Christmas.

Was not delivered “next day” as was the commitment
The entire process was easy and efficient. I liked being able to deliver to a depot.
However, I paid for next day delivery and it was delivered a day later than that.
On the day it was supposed to be delivered, it was still telling me it would be delivered that day, and only indcated the delay after it was obviously too late to meet the next day commitment.

My order came fast and was really well packaged which puts my mind at ease for future orders due to issues in the past from other companies with broken bottles.
