Fantastic service, ordered my parts in the afternoon and they arrived the next morning, quality original parts for our ABI caravan, highly recommend this company and will use myself again in the future. Well done to Michelle and all at The Caravan Warehouse.

I called the Port Talbot office and they were so helpful. I spoke to Michelle and with her help I got the exact materials I required. Great service!

Great service. Found the missing inner glass pane here for the oven on my caravan for a good price. Ordered and paid on line.
3 days later the glass arrived. It was very well packaged inside 2 very sturdy boxes with bubble wrap.
No hesitation in recommending The Caravan Warehouse. Super service and will definitely try them again first in the future.
Many thanks.

Fantastic customer service. Had a problem with static caravan door hinges. The help was second to none. Have already recommended to other owners and will continue to do so. Thank you accounts team.

Great customer service and a prompt solution to a lost package by DPD, I called the team and they arranged a replacement there and then which arrived the following day. Thank you

Mchelle and her girls were absolutely amazing what a team. All good well pleased thank you girls

Excellent service from this company. Very quick delivery- was advised of delivery date and on the day I received a text giving a 1 hour DPD delivery slot.
The item I ordered (kitchen bin ) was of good quality and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company in future .

Absolutely fantastic service especially by Michelle, my original order came next day as promised and even when I managed to order the wrong parts, Michelle went out of her way to ship out next day the correct part and took back the original incorrectly ordered parts (even when the wrong order was completely my fault). brilliant services wouldn't hesitate to use again and recommend to all.

Excellent service, I ordered yesterday and item was received this morning after being kept updated with delivery details .
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company
Thank you

We bought a water heater recently and received a prompt and reliable service. Michelle who works in the sales department was especially helpful, very polite and professional. Would definitely use them again.

We ordered a replacement folding bed mechanism complete with mattress for our sofa bed.
We received an order acknowledgement almost immediately. The next day an emailed invoice was received, followed later by the courier email confirming our order would be with us the next day including the drivers name. Sure enough the item arrived in good condition the next day (2 days efter ordering during the Covid lock down) and I was able to replace the frame in around 40 minutes as it was a direct replacement. Fantastic product and service. Thank you.

They wouldn't entertain a warranty on a faulty roof light assembly just because I fitted it myself!
Why would I pay an "expert" to do a very simple DIY job?
Regardless of who fitted it and how it was fitted - it was a faulty unit that failed when the other two units that I purchased from them didn't!
Needless to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on - I recommend you do the same.

Excellent customer service from Michelle, who kept us up to date with delivery times, and any questions I had about the order. The matresses are great , ideal for our static.

Very helpful staff in arranging a delivery time.
Cost of item competitively priced.
Will defined use this company again.
