Great selection of caravan spares and products - a huge asset to us as a carvan park knowing when we order the bits that they will fit and they are correct

Caravan Warehouse have given a brilliant service and gone above and beyond to ensure that my order arrived safely. The staff assisted when the delivery service let us down and followed up the issues immediately. Cannot thank the team especially Michelle enough. Great service

Very happy with the service I received. Highly recommend to others.

Great service provided and Michelle went out of her way to ensure that I received my package. I would highly recommend caravan warehouse.

I would like to say Thank you to Michelle for all the help and advice she gave me when my Fridge/Freezer was faulty ! I waited a while but in the end thanks to Michelle I have a Fully Working Fridge Freezer !!!! Well Done got there in the end...from Pam in Moray

Had a problem yesterday purchasing a cooker on line. Contacted staff at Caravan Warehouse South Wales and they were extremely helpful in helping me solve the problem. The cooker was delivered this morning from South to North Wales in less than 24 hours from time of purchase. That is what I call fantastic service, especially in these dark Corvid times. Thank you all and keep safe.

Just like to say how friendly Michelle was and how helpful the service was too looking forward to receiving the shower tray to be able to carry on with our campervan build.

Really friendly and helpful staff who go out their way to help whenever I’ve had a query.

First class service from them my order arrived next day damaged in transit replacement arrived next day as first impressions go they surpassed my expectations

I rang up to order a boiler and additional parts on the items I was unsure on Michelle helped me and found out what parts I needed. I had daily updates after payment was made of where the order process was and received the goods yesterday. Michelle rang this morning to confirm that the Boiler and parts had arrived all I can say is as my title "What a service". Thank you.

The service from the staff there is prompt and efficient. Michelle in particular is a joy to deal with and the service she gives is exeptional

The order was very prompt and the after sales support was extremely helpful and courteous.

Fantastic. Great communication, after we bought the product to make sure it was delivered. Prompt delivery. Thank you.👍😀

Quick despatch.
The delivery was a day later than expected but the caravan warehouse staff chased up delivery and kept me up to date with progress.
Would recommend them.

We bought a Widney Gas Fire which developed an ignition fault within the warranty period. Once notified, the caravan warehouse was able to send out an engineer the next day, who fixed the problem. Excellent, timely service. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend, Spoke to Michelle several times and She sorted Everything out.

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable sales team. Helped resolve my issue with a damaged item quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service, and will have no hesitation using again.

Delivery courier damaged our new Fridge however Michelle was really helpful in sourcing a replacement and kept me updated on progress. Really friendly and helpful... a refreshing change.

Needed to add a part quickly before a late notice valuation. Easy to use system to order, delivery on time, packaging as it needed to be. Very pleased, who needs Amazon when you can use UK, keep business here.!!
