Beautiful robes! I'll have to put them away for another year sadly as my wedding has been postponed due to coronavirus, but can't wait to give them to my bridesmaids when the time finally comes!

The company accepted way too many orders last summer (2019) and therefore all orders were being delivered weeks late, with no updates sent to customers to explain that the order would take longer than expected. I found out by searching on Instagram, and had to ask for a change of delivery address so that the robes would be in my hometown (where I was getting married) in time for the wedding. That was fine, and they arrived with a week or so to spare. However, they'd got the order wrong and sent the wrong bridal robe. They agreed to send the correct one urgently (though only once I'd provided proof of posting the incorrect one back), but then they sent it to the wrong address despite me emailing to double check they were going to send to the right place. By then it was the day before the wedding and I had no robe to wear the next morning. They refused to take any responsibility, claiming I didn't give them the correct address (so I read my email back to them word for word) and claiming it's not possible to change the original address (also clearly not true as the address had already been changed previously). By then it was too late to do anything about it. Thankfully a wonderful friend drove to Liverpool and scoured the shops to find me a lovely Ted Baker robe the evening before the wedding, so I did have something to get ready in but no thanks to this company. I never received any sort of apology - not for the original late delivery, the wrong bridal robe OR sending the parcel to the wrong address.

I ordered beautiful personalised robes for myself & my bridal party for the morning of the wedding - really great quality & affordable price too! Much cheaper than I had seen on other sites. I love my robe so much I took it on honeymoon too.

We also ordered personalised bottle openers for the grooms party. All our gifts were wonderful and a nice personal touch.

Delivery lead time is quite long, so if you are planning on ordering definitely give yourself extra time!

AVOID AVOID!!! Don’t waste your money or time, luckily I have screenshot all the messages between myself and them for evidence. I am more than welcome to share the experience I have had with this company.
ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO STATE I have paid of full for this product and have the transaction and receipt to prove so! I have never received my purchase so it’s baffling how I am trying to get something free! At no stage have I ever asked for something for free as all I have ever done is try to find out where my purchase is and when I will be receiving it as tomorrow is 5 weeks since I purchased the item and it is still showing as being processed and not out for delivery.
It is untrue as I didn’t refuse a refund, I am also unable to get a refund as I have not received the item I purchased nearly 5 weeks ago to send back to the company. It’s a shame they have gone to such extreme measures to prevent me telling the truth! However, I am sure I am not the only person who has been victim to this company. I received a very aggressive reply to my query which was unprofessional and completely uncalled for! I am unable to state the response I received on here due to trust pilots terms and conditions despite having all the proof and evidence.

I purchased an item nearly 5 weeks ago before purchase I messaged the company asking how long it would take to be delivered I was informed 2-3 weeks. On their website it also stated the same, I have messaged the company asking where my item is as I need it for my wedding at first they said there has been a delay, I messaged again a few days later saying if it doesn't arrive in time I will need to return as it is pointless, no reply went to message again the next day asking could they please chase it up to find they had blocked my messages. So I emailed them and received a rude reply and then they blocked me stating I somehow sent a threatening message... erm how it is threatening to say it is pointless if it doesn't arrive in time, she then went on to blame me saying I need to chase it up. I have screenshot all messages as evidence, I have not been threatening at any stage ...AVOID, You pay for an item, but don’t expect to any service or product for at least 2 months! Customer service is non existent !

Update:
When I finally did receive my purchase it was of poor quality, looked cheap and tacky. I still didn’t ask for a refund, all of this could have been avoided with a little bit of professionalism and customer service.

The custom wedding robes that I bought for myself and 7 of my bridesmaids as gifts were so flattering and beautiful and everyone loved them! They felt amazing on the skin and were silky smooth and really added an extra touch of class to my wedding preparation and looked seriously great! The material was soft, comfy and of a high quality, and the prints and the names were beautiful! The service was fast and easy!

Ok, so I spent £150 on robes with this company middle of july. the shipping says 4 weeks. After about 5 weeks waiting I emailed them to see where the order was. Which no one responded too. After waiting about 6 weeks I called and asked where my delivery was. That was then when they informed me they didnt have the one childs robe that was with my order.

Instead of contacting me sooner, they asked then if I wanted all the other robes sent out or to wait until they had the childs robe in stock (which i was told wouldn't be long). I said i would wait. Then about 2 weeks after that I got a call to say they were posting the shipment with next day delivery.

All in all I actually waited 9 weeks (5 weeks over what I should) no discount, no refunds nothing. Just made to wait.

The quality when they arrived was very good, if they could sort out there order processing/shipping/customer service then it would be a fab little company.

But unfortunately it left a bit of a sour taste!

I had a very bad experience with this company after I received my robes and found their customer service to be extremely unprofessional and unjust. I paid an extra £20 to get my robes within 5 - 7 working days yet they were 5 working days late. When asking them about this they disclosed how it was 5-7 days shipping which is different to delivery yet they did not explain this in their policies or faqs thus duping paying customers who like me are unfamiliar with this jargon. Nevertheless they admitted they were still 3 working days late in shipping them and thus offered me only a £5 refund. They felt i only deserved this as even though it was late it was still quicker than normal delivery and I received a free robe (this was an offer they had on so the fact they acted as if they had been doing me a favour with the free robe is unbelieveable). I asked for a full refund as it should have arrived on time and all other proffessional companies would have either shipped on time or refunded the extra cost! I was met with comments such as"you've got what you paid for, why are you complaining?", "you are being unreasonable" and "you have to understand we are busy" all of which confirmed to me that they are an amateur business who do not care about their customer feedback. I was not trying to just get money for the sake of it as I felt I paid a lot of money to have it shipped within 5 - 7 days but they made me feel like I was a fraud who was trying to take all I could get. Although I was pleased with the actual robes, their treatment of me as a customer would mean unfortunately I would not recommend them! I'm worried to think how they would deal with customer requests on the actual robes before they are shipped. They have now added a disclosure to state they have the right to ship your goods before or after 5 - 7 working days when paying for express shipping... meaning if it is late there is nothing you can do about it! Please be careful when purchasing from them!
