I spoke to Gabriel over the phone enquiring about a product. Gabriel was very informative and responded to all my enquiries. His friendly nature made the buying process over the phone very smooth, quick and easy. He even went out of his way and waited for me after working hours, as I was stuck in traffic, to pick up my purchase. Thanks Gabriel for your efficient and excellent customer service. I highly recommend The BBQ Store for anyone interested in buying outdoor stoves or BBQs.

Not happy
Given such a low rating given that I still havnt got my items 2 months later cause there on back order suddenly after I buy them thay say this would of been nice to know before I made the purchase
