Update - from two stars to one star. Despite about eight emails this is still not resolved. Dont buy Tevas any more - the quality is terrible and the customer service worse.
I bought a new pair of Tevas less than two years ago. They are splitting so as they are under warranty I contacted customer support who said that they would send details of how to get them fixed or replaced. I did not hear from them. I sent an email to customerservices however that got returned as not deliverable.
I have had Tevas since the 1990s and never had any problems with them. One pair lasted 10 years. Something has happened to this company and I wont be buying from them again

Can’t complain about the service at all. Purchased some sandals, they arrived on time. I didn’t keep them and the return was simple and refund very fast. Would purchase from them again if I see more that I like

My order was never delivered by DPD and this is 10 days ago. Teva would not send a replacement or do much else apart from looking into it which does not mean much. Meanwhile, I have no shoes and no money back. It is disgraceful how they treat their customers. As soon as this is sorted, I will not purchase from them again.

Never buying shoes from this company again. When my package was stolen their customer service was nonexistent. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Teva has awful customer service! I was sent used shoes covered in dirt and scuffs and they refused to replace them unless I drove to a store to send them back the filthy ones. This is such a hassle that I did not ask for and terrible customer service when they did not send me what I ordered! I will not be ordering from TEVA ever again.

UPS kwam bij de 2de afleverpoging niet opdagen. Ook wilden ze de sandalen niet naar een pakketpunt brengen. TEVA leek te willen helpen maar ik krijg mjjn geld pas terug als de bestelling bij hen terug is en verwerkt in hun systemen. Terwijl het dus niet asn mij ligt maar aan de koerier.. Dit is tegen de EU regels (ik heb recht op meteen mijn geld terug). Zij wijken hier zelf van af wat niet mag. Ik wacht nog even af of ik mijn geld uberhaupt nog terugkrijg anders onderneem ik hier verdere stappen Ik raad af in hun online winkel te kopen. De koerier die ze gebruiken is zeer slecht en ze houden zich dus ook niet aan de EU richtlijnen voor internetaankopen. Geen aanrader.

I purchased a pair of Women’s Hurricane XLT2 Sandals from an authorized dealer and after a couple of wearings the front part of the one sole came unglued. I sent them to Teva in the original box with all documentation within the warranty period. It cost me $18 in shipping. It was a lot of hassle to file the warranty because it entailed emails, many phone calls, printing the form, printing the original proof of purchase, finding a box to ship them in and taking them to the post office. They denied the warranty by claiming the warranty period had expired and because normal wear and tear is not covered. Well what is it called when the glue comes apart on one of the shoes. It is certainly not normal. If a shoe can’t stay together for less than a month then it is defective. Teva please don’t advertise your product for outdoor use if your product doesn’t hold up at all. Please don’t falsely advertise a “one year warranty” when you pay a third party processor to deny valid warranty claims. I am beyond disappointed and honestly angry about this company that once upon a time may have been a great company. I will never buy Teva again and urge others to reconsider buying from this disappointing company. Dissatisfied doesn’t begin to describe my experience!

Teva sandals has had a very serious decline in quality the last three pairs of sandals I have purchased from them the upper has either pulled out of the sole or the sole has separated completely making them useless the reply from the company is go back to the original place you bought them which is sometimes difficult to remember either way they don't stand behind their product and I am throwing the last pair of Tevas I will ever buy today they have gone the way of low quality products

The quality of the sandal footbeds/soles seems to have declined. I’ve had two pairs before and not had this problem. They are incredibly squeaky which is embarrassing when walking about.

I like Teva sandals. They are very stylish, tough and hard-wearing.
But I do NOT like Teva nagging me to buy more, and it is NOT POSSIBLE to unsubscribe from their mailing list. So I make their e-mails GO INTO MY SPAM box.
Sorry, Teva. Please sort out your website and communications.

I have recently placed and received 2 orders. I was kept notified throughout as to the progress of the order and delivery. I did need to contact customer services who were extremely helpful - I would say they went out of their way in fact.
The delivery was made, as expected, and the products were as described.

Lo que compré esta vez son unas zapatillas TRAILWINDER LOW. Me encantan! Super cómodas. Las estoy probando en casa y no sé si cambiar una talla menos.

I just tried to use their website. Card kept being declined. I even called Amex and they said it wasn't at their end. Customer service doesn't seem to exist either. Shame - they have nice sandals.

Wat ging er mis? ALLES!! Verkeerde schoenen geleverd. Afgeleverd bij bedrijf in de buurt terwijl er op de adressering LOEI-groot WOONHUIS staat.

Great sandals. My last pair ( approx 8 years old) which have been used extensively are just beginning to wear out and so I decided to treat myself to a new pair.

I bought a pair of Teva sandals in 8/2021. I wore them almost daily for a year before the strap broke. I bought another pair in 8/2022, in part because of their recycling program #tevaforever, which would allow customers to recycle their broken Tevas for free through TerraCycle. My sandals broke again in 8/2024. When I looked for the recycling program, all I could find were press statements & Teva's own ads about it, but they removed the website and would not issue shipping labels for the program, stating that they no longer have one. They claim to be sustainable and will gladly reap the rewards of a highly publicized recycling program, but then cut it within 3 years so they don't actually have to pay up when their sandals break. Greenwashing at its lowest.
