I had 3 photo mugs made as Christmas presents for friends. They were brilliant, really pleased. They were well presented and photos were really clear. They were ready as expected. Lady who served me was friendly and knowledgeable.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered a photo bag, picked up fine. But the following day I took it out of box to wrap and very disappointed the photo is all lopsided and bigger on top than bottom. Was meant to be a Christmas present, but won't have time to get back and new one made in time now. Waste of money

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the photos I have received, they are much darker then the high quality professional photos used. Some of the faces are coloured distorted. I am so upset that not only have I wasted £30 I now don’t have the Christmas gifts I planned. I have emailed customer service as would really like my money back for this extremely poor quality service.

Haven't received my order yet, placed it on the 03/12/22. Where is my photo album.

This was a good experience from start to finish. Easy to upload and order, and the prints were ready as expected.

Great service. Delivery was quicker than expected. Photos were well packaged and of good quality. Communication was good regarding dispatch and delivery.

I ordered a photo collage poster from a recent trip, the poster is great , really nice quality print. Some parts of the process for selecting pictures was a bit of a pain , but once i had got the hang of it it was fairly easy to do.

12 days in not received the photobook. Apparently sent untracked despite paying full amount for book and £4.99 for postage. After contacting them it arrived in 2 days but a bit poorly constructed at the back, but I am impressed with their customer service team and they have sent another photobook. Nice to get a reply when you email a company.

Created a photo book and found the experience pretty good to be honest! Was able to create the look I wanted - their templates are useful. Delivery wise I didn’t get the ‘it’s arrived in store’ email but when I emailed them - got a rapid & helpful response.
The photo book is gorgeous quality - glossy, well printed & a lovely thing to have. Would use again.

I ordered a photo cushion.
Upon checking it when home, a lot of the sequins were bent, all in certain areas, like it was forced into its packaging without any care what so ever. I had to manually bend what I could back into place but not great. Thankfully it is only for a small gift. If I had the time I would have returned it, but not possible. Would not recommend.

I had no problems with my order and was very pleased with the quality of my purchase (canvas photo)

Update: I have contacted your customer services but still no joy! What should I do next???

Do not think about using Tesco Photo since it's impossible to contact anybody if something goes wrong. I've only received half my order - the whole amount has been paid, and trying to contact someone to sort it out is near on impossible. Nobody returns messages to the online portal for customer support and using previous emails shown in various threads here they have all been returned unsent! I just want to talk to someone who can help but have no idea what to do next??? I will NEVER use Tesco Photo again - the half of my order I have received is also very poor quality. So disappointing when they used to be so reliable.

There was fluff and hair all trapped between the glass and photo and a hairline crack also in the glass.
The wood on the corners of the gram was all chipped also, awful quality and wasn’t even able to get a refund. Had to go out and by another frame

I was very happy with my photo keyrings They arrived quick and promptly packed really well and good value for money

The quality of the edges of the frame was very poor. The only reason for two stars is the customer service was good and the turnaround time was excellent.

Although my order was received in good time, some of the photos had what looked like scorch marks across them and some were rather a lot darker than they should have been. I will be contacting customer services when I get some free time, as I'd like them to be reprinted, to be honest.

Never received my product lucky didn’t pay for it

Order still not received, very disappointed, they can't give me any firm date for delivery either as strike action, I didn't get an email to advise my order was dispatched either.....im very disappointed

I think the quality of the item could of been better in terms of the photo printed on the cushion it’s self. It was a lot darker than the original photo(which was a professional one) I had no time to take it back due to it flying to Guernsey the next day for my grans 90th. I won’t be using Tesco again for one of these products.
