Beautiful alleys
Beautiful alleys, clean, bright and welcoming. Chips were not nice though, and my sriracha dip was missing 😭

Busy but Fun Visit
Busy. No need to wear special shoes any longer. Had great fun. Toilets need some serious attention, and bar service needs to get a wriggle on. Otherwise a great visit.

Terrible! I always go to Tenpin Bristol and never have any problems.
Staff were Terrible in Swansea (girl with bright red hair).
We booked for 1 game for 3 adults and 4 children, ages 3, 4 &10. They booked us 2 lanes, so the kids were by themselves and the adults on the otherside, bearing in mind there were toddlers. They wouldn't change it to 1 lane for all of us! Terrible service. We also order lots of drinks and snacks! These came very late after ordering. No care for customer service at all.

When I arrived to book in to say we have arrived I asked if I could add an extra person my 12yr old son as he asked , they said no as little busy , they then said lane booking Tim is precise, but then said I won't get my booked lane fir another 10 mins counter acting what they said about strict time slots ,awfull handling and they give 10 mins per bowler giving time slot if not finished game we would hove to stop????

Great time. Value for money
Lovely time we all enjoyed. Food was nice , it was hot and served well.
Place was clean. The staff were friendly and went out of the way to help.

Fire alarms went off so got evacuated so lost time on games… and when they allowed us bk in all our drinks had disappeared off our bowling lane told them behide bar but there were not interested.. very disappointed

Place was dirty
Place was dirty. Dirty glasses left on the alley we were assigned. Tables were dirty. Toilets were even worse.

Very disappointed that we couldn’t add…
Booked for 8 so had two lanes went and asked at the desk there was another two people and if we could add one extra person per lane to be refused to let them add on and said they where booked back to back which we understood because it was a busy nightby the time we finished our game we stuck around for drink after for an hour or two and was very disheartened to see that no one used the lanes that we had played on we had a good time all in all just disappointing we couldn’t add them on

Our bookings are set for an approximate time duration depending on the number of players booked, and during our peak times, we can have limited availability and unfortunately we are sometimes unable to add additional players as there may be bookings due on your lanes immediately after your booking time is due to end. We do recommend to pre-book all players during our peak times to avoid disappointment on arrival. Booking amendments can be made with our team over the phone, subject to availability. Brilliant place
Took my 4 grandchildren in the school holidays, we had a great time. It cost £40 for 2 rounds for 5 of us, which I thought was pretty reasonable. Will definitely go again.

Mixed experience due to staff
Bar staff were lovely and we got our lane rather quickly. When ordering food via the QR code, there seemed to have been some issues when the order went through and changes that had been requested hadn't been received in the kitchen. This happened twice and the staff who we spoke to about this were extremely rude and made our whole group feel very uncomfortable. Unfortunately this has made us reluctant to want to order food here if we were to visit again.

Bowling is always a favourite of ours
Bowling is always a favourite of ours , it was very busy as it was valentine's but book ahead to avoid disappointment and we had a great time , after bowling we did the arcade games it was an enjoyable time

Amazing few hours
Amazing few hours, we took 15 football girls and they had a great time. The staff were very helpful and lovely too
