Our grandsons enjoyed a couple of hours bowling and beating there grandparents. Liked how easy it was to get food and drinks to enjoy during our bowling. Free parking is an added bonus

Southport Bowling
We enjoyed our visit and had fun but when we first arrived it was so very dark. I think light came on after a while. It is very noise but of course that is just due to the hockey games etc and number of people. Can’t be helped

The half term deal was a great deal &…
The half term deal was a great deal & we had a good time in the arcade before bowling.. There were plenty of different weight balls to bowl, so we were not waiting. The food served was a let down to the otherwise great evening..

Table tennis cleaning!
Having paid to play table tennis with my son I was hugely disappointed with the lady who decided that was the time to hoover around the table, twice! And wind up her cord next to the table. This was on Friday March 27th at 10:25pm. I know it's late but there were so many areas that she could have hoovered. In fact I think we were the first on the table tennis all night, having been there to play bowling before it. It's as if she waited for us to start playing to come and interrupt us. She knew what she was doing... very sad! I taught my son about being a jobsworth and it really spoilt our evening. We had travelled from Sheffield to be there staying at the premier inn and use the facilities for the entertainment. The bats were great, table is good but hard to see the ball when facing the amusements. Bowling setup is great, reasonable prices. Pool is a good setup although lads sat on tables should be told to get off the tables by the staff. We will come back again but hoping you can remind the staff that their job is to keep the place clean but work around paying customers. Thanks

We were disappointed
We were disappointed. We had ordered food thinking we could have that when we finished only to find we got while bowling soon after 10.30 am!!! Then no matter how we bowled the balls veered to the left every time. This is when 2 adults and 2 aged 5&7 using a frame bowled. We were alley 15. There was definitely a lean to the left the lanes need checking. The group next to us had very young children who constantly laid on the floor near us or walked In front despite us asking the parents to keep them safe before the step as we did with our grandchildren. The grandchildren spent time in the arcade spending £15 to get 81 tickets! This got them 2 lollipops and a packet of Parma violets… daylight robbery! No way would I recommend to others.

This isn't the first time that I have…
This isn't the first time that I have booked Tenpin at Southport, and as usual, the booking process was so easy. Besides booking 2 games, I also was able to book food and drink. Upon arrival, the staff were so friendly and efficient, and my drinks were readily available for me to collect. The food came later, piping hot and delicious as usual. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a break and something to do. Tenpin Southport is the best place to go.

Not impressed
Although our bowling experience was ok, after it was over we went to play pool. The cues on our table had no tips on so we had to wait until someone else had finished before we could play. Then there was no chalk, so we went round four tables before we eventually found some. After that we went to play on the amusements and although we won tickets, the machine had run out. There was noone on the floor so I had to wait in a queue at reception to request someone came to refill the machine with tickets. It was quite a long wait before anyone came. Then the same thing happened when I went to get some change. The machine has run out. At this point we left
