Kids had fun
Kids had fun. Quick service to get to our lane. Clean and so much better an experience post renovation. Will definitely return although will look for special offers to make it more doable. Only negative - very loud music.

Speed Bowling....
I booked a bowling lane online for myself and my kids (6yrs & 10yrs) at 13:40 for one game, we ordered food and drinks to be delivered to the lane as soon as we got there. We began our game as planned. However, halfway through, another group arrived stating they had booked the lane for 14:00. While the situation was managed, it unfortunately caused me and my two young children to rush our game, reducing our overall enjoyment.
Additionally, once we completed our game, we had to find a table and rearrange for our food to be delivered there, which was inconvenient and disrupted our experience.
I feel that tenpin allowing only 20 minutes for a game prior to another booking is not realistic especially with two young children.

I’ve been going here Friday nights for 2-3 years now and enjoy it the staff are so friendly and make us feel welcome Lilly in the Southampton branch is so lovely and helpful my friend passed away that bowled with me and we were given a free game for the family plus some flowers chocolates and card too

Rude staff member on the laser tag…
Rude staff member on the laser tag check in, could tell she felt under pressure but her tone was not great. Ordered food for my sons bday party and was told 25 mins wait, hour later still not arrived despite being told several times 5 mins. Finally arrived when the kids had finishing bowling, we were offered complimentary ice cream for the kids for the wait so told them when they had finished, another staff member approached me 10 mins later asking if they were ready so clearly a lack of communication

On line booking double charged me phone and corrected it all fine money removed straight away from bank told between 5 - 7 days to replace it back to bank

Bowling was great
Good welcoming receptionist, bowling was excellent, easy to use the system of entering the players.
We waited a long time for our food. Considering it's a fast food outlet, not a restaurant,
Toilets were clean.

Great place for a birthday party
Great place for a birthday party. Our 9 year old son had a blast with his friends. Very easy to book and organise, great value for money. The package included a gift pack for the birthday boy: t-shirt, drawstring bag, chocolate and a personalised bowling pin. Also got a load of balloons to play with plus food and unlimited squash.
The only thing to note that it’s a 10am start and the place already is going with quite loud music 😀

Staff need training in customer service. Poor party.
My son just had a laser party & bowling here (also first time visiting). For almost £300 we were disappointed with the lack of service throughout. We had no dedicated party host and were left to our own devices. The laser tag was over 15 minutes late starting so lots of waiting around trying to find someone to ask what was going on. The pizza and chips were very small and most were still hungry. We added bowling onto the party but wish we hadn’t, we booked three lanes but one wasn’t working so the others started and were half way into their games before the other group could start, and the birthday boy happened to be on that lane so was getting very upset! No one was around or seemed interested to help. Overall, a pretty bad experience from a service point of view. The laser tag was fun though. Would I recommend, probably not.

The food was not good for the price
The food was not good for the price, my son enjoyed his pizza but the chicken burger and fried had no sauce, no salad, just a fillet in a dry bun. I could have done better at home. £28 for two drinks , a pizza and a burger and fries definitely not worth the money
