Long wait booking in no staff
Bowling was ok but don't no if it was staffing problem but waited over 15minits with 9 of us as there was no one at the till two staff leaning on bar i think wear bar staff I guess another guy selling trinkets to 5 people but no one at the cheque in till everything else was ok had two lanes which wear empty at time of booking in all i spent £200 but had a good time bowling

The booking process was easy. I enjoyed the family discount as an added bonus. BUT we were shocked that there was literal mice running around. When I spoke to the staff, they brushed it off casually as if they knew about them. Absolutely disgusting in a place that serves food.

Great place. Always go for birthdays because we live in Cornwall and don’t have any tenpin here. Kids love it every time. Great staff, always happy and helpful.

The venue as a whole is uncomfortably warm and needs to invest in air conditioning, and the food was more than basic! A spicey bean burger option with no lettuce, tomato or a slice of cheese inside, even mac donalds have standards.

On the 02/09/2026 we arrived at 19:10…
On the 02/09/2026 we arrived at 19:10 hrs to play 2 games of bowling. When we arrived at lane 18 there was still a group playing their game. We didn’t not interrupt their game and waited patiently nearby. Not easy with a 3 YO and 6 YO excited to play.
We started our first game, which was very enjoyable. During the start of the second game a member of staff came to our lane. She stated we need to hurry up as there was a group due later on. The style and tone of this message was passed in a stressful manner. She did not take time to listen and engage with my mention of the previous group being delayed. My 6 YO has recently come out of hospital and this comment just killed the joyful mood of the family. I feel that further training is required on positive talk rather than pass the fault of lateness onto customers. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Ordering at a lane on QR code
The qr code to order drinks and food at the lanes wasn't working I would enter our order and tried to pay three times and it wouldn't go through it errors. Even tried my husbands card and same again. But my card worked when I went to the till but due to our trip being on a Saturday it was manic and a queue at the bar so my friends were waiting for me to come back to continue our game which delayed everyone. Please look at why I couldn't complete my order for lane 11.

Long waits
Long waits for food, we finished our 2 games before the food arrived. The rubbish from the people before us was left on the lane and not cleaned despite the lanes next to us being cleaned.

We got in and got out straight into a…
We got in and got out straight into a bowling lane was super! We ordered some food we then said to the people on the bar we was leaving our bags and drinks on the table while we just walk around the arcade we kept coming back no food. When we finally came back after 20 minuets our drinks had gone I asked about our food when they brought it out the burger buns was rock solid I have video evidence and the chips was freezing, would not be recommending to anyone.
