Food and drink quality was poor
Food and drink quality was poor. Arcade machines kept taking money and when queried was told a member of staff would be over and never arrived. Used to be great but wouldn't book again for the price.

Was dirty & rude experience
Was dirty, slow service taking 20 minutes to get a drink to your lane and food taking 30-40 minutes and luke warm and dry upon arrival.
Staff were friendly other than a lady on a lane next to some teenagers celebrating a birthday (4 of them 14) who told them shes an off duty employee. The kids threw two balls down the lane instead of 1 and the way this lady spoke to them and threatened them with management was appauling. She spoke to them rudely and i witnessed this myself. She was on lane 15 about 4.30pm and if this is how your staff member represent the company off duty then i wont be returning.

Great gaming experience but not a place to eat.
Bowling experience was fun. The lanes were ready at the mentioned time and were clean. We were not happy with the provided food. It was a big order for adults & The chicken wings were over fried and felt almost closed to burnt. The burgers ordered were too dry and the fries were mild hot and soggy. Very dissatisfied with the food experience and ended up throwing some part of food away which was very disheartening especially during such expensive times.

Overall good experience
It felt very noisy walking in, but once I was in my bowling lane it was absolutely fine. Good value for money if you get an offer. The games did feel short though! I liked the booths, it felt private and my personal belongings felt safe.

This time was ok but lady at booking was a bit moody as I had to make 2 seperate bookings 1 for 1 child and 1 adult and 1 for another adult , when I asked about putting us all on the same lane she still proceeded to put us on seperate lanes when i asked to rectify it she got all moody and then called the manager over to sort .

Easy to book. Turn up be allocated lane(s) then go and bowl. Easy to add names.
Just not used to scores not being above the lane.
Seating area felt a little closed in.

We loved the bowling as usual but it was the first time we got food and in all honesty it wasn’t the best. Pizza was way to thin tasted like cheese on toast, fries were nice, but the burger wasn’t. Other than that we had a lovely time
