Staff is very friendly but very tight when with a big group
Staff is very friendly, can't fault them at all. However this was the first time I came with more than 1 person. We were 5 people and the bench and table is way too small, even with 3 adults and 2 kids.

Staff were very helpful
Staff were very helpful. The food we ordered was delivered to the lane really quickly. In spite of it being really busy, everything ran like clockwork.

had booked on line an hour bowling and pizza
we arrived at 12 10 for our bowling. i have a blue badge and there are no blue badge spaces infact there are no concessions for blue badge holders.........
you should address this.
ok nice and freindly went and got a drink that took about ten minutes it seems the lady doing the food was also serving drinks. so got our lane and got on and played. i had to ask the girl for our pizza.. pizza definatly pretty poor very thin base with no taste.
the lane cut off after an hour when we were mid game. timer started when you logged in not when you started bowling.
sorry but it was pretty poor be a long time till we are back

The speed of service was abysmal
The speed of service was abysmal. We had pre-booked well in advance and were bringing a large party along, however this did not seem to be expected and the facility had 3 staff running everything. So we were constantly having to remind them of things such as food orders they had forgotten and to even bring the drinks we had ordered. The laser tag is also a let down as some guns were poorly charged or simply did not work, and they had no spares, so some could not play. We also felt the room itself could have much more to engage with, such as targets for more points and layout could be improved.

Not a good experience.
Not a good experience this time. There was a problem with our lane that the bowling balls kept going so far then veering off left or right. We gave up after repirting the issue. We were told it was the oil on the surface was done on the Monday and we were playing on the saturday. Absolute rubbish. We go all the time and play on the busiest lanes. One member of staff said he would come over but never appeared which is why we had to go through it all over again.The manager issued vouchers for us to return. You may thunk great, not so when its cost me £18 in taxis to get there and foir costs on top.
I purchase food at the time of booking online, it's alway a reminder to staff as they bring it 50% without being reminded. It seems they are short staffed and trying but skimming along which isnt acceptable. I understand they are busy but they know it will be busy, they need to plan ahead for this. Its organised chaos with teenagers and students at the helm.

Staff are really good and helpful. Prices for bowling are reasonable. Would give better prizes for tickets from arcade though. Toilets could be better.

Abandoned our games on 2 lanes
We had 2 lanes and 6 children for a birthday celebration. Mid way through our second game the balls got stuck in the gutter at the far end of the lanes and no balls were returned meaning we had to stop play. Reported the issue, but no one came to assist. After 15 minutes waiting the kids got fed up and we had to abandon our games. When we mentioned this again before leaving, the member of staff neither acknowledged the issue or provided any apology and simply handed us 2 2for1 games vouchers. Very disappointed

Family bowling day.
My Grandson wanted to come bowling and he absolutely loved it, staff were great and he loved the amusements.

The staff were brilliant
The staff were brilliant, the variety of games for the children and the way everything was handled from drinks to food to bowling. Will definitely be back. And although glenrothes is 10mins away, falkirk was definitely a much better experience

Good Friday night fun
Booked the karaoke room for my daughter and her friend. They had a great time signing and having a giggle.
30mins was about the right time for the two of them but if doing a group would probably do the hour. Definitely something to do again.
