The bowling was great but unfortunately the food was a let down, we had to get another pizza as the first was burnt and the burgers were very disappointing

We had very bad experience
We had very bad experience. Someone stole my kids money £20 in the arcade. Management said, they can't help. There is only one cctv in the arcade area that doesn't cover many parts in the arcade. My kids were playing in the arcade with money in the box. With fraction of secs someone stole it when they turn their heads on other side. It was very disappointing and frustrating

The lanes worked really well
The lanes worked really well, and the drinks and food service using QR codes meant that everyone could stay and socialise without needing to go to the bar. Only not so great part is that the toilets were filthy and staff didn’t seem to be bothered about it,,,sort those out and it would be 5 stars!

the deal was great value for money
we came in the easter school holidays and used one of the deals to get a game of laser tag and food, the kids really enjoyed the laser tag ( it was a fairly small arena but still fun ) , the food was good for what we paid but the choice was a little limited.

Girls had great fun
Girls had great fun. When the ball got stuck a few times they come n sorted it quickly. Staff helpful n friendly. They liked the food n get good amount. Warm n tasty. Booked on line so easy to sort when we arrived.

Absolutely loved it here
Absolutely loved it here! The prices were very reasonable, and the pizza deal was such good value (and super tasty!). We had loads of fun in the arcade too. The whole place was clean and well looked after, and the staff were really friendly. Can’t wait to come back and try the karaoke next time!
