Tenpin Acton lives on Royale Leisure Park, just off the A40 and minutes from Park Royal, Ealing and Shepherd's Bush — easy in by car or off the Central Line. With 32 bowling lanes and dynamic LED lighting, we're one of London's biggest bowling spots. Loud music. Big energy. Pins that don't stand a chance. And it's not just bowling. I recently visited Tenpin Acton with my…
I recently visited Tenpin Acton with my family and was very disappointed with the customer service we received. When we arrived at the desk, the staff member did not acknowledge or greet us at all. Although my booking had already been made online, we still needed to check in, and all she said was “Lane 12” with no smile, no thank you, and no basic level of customer service. It genuinely felt like she did not want to be there.
Unfortunately, this is not the first bad experience I have had at this branch. I believe the site manager should carry out proper service checks and provide appropriate coaching and feedback to the team. Recruitment and staff attitude may also need to be reviewed.
Tenpin is a place where families come to spend quality time together, especially with young children. Children learn from the behaviour they see around them, and customer service plays a huge part in creating a positive family environment. Bowling is not just a game, it is an experience for families, and sadly this visit did not feel welcoming at all.

Good experience
First time there, we signed up for laser tag, the kids loved it. The place has a good vibe and the staff were friendly and professional.
