Todos los dias me dice Telmex que vienen a instalar internet y nunca vienen, es una burla, ya me canse maniana voy a contratar a otra empresa.

When the service works its great, but when something fails prepare for the nightmare that is Telmex.
Been without internet for over a week and the only responce you will get from any employee or manager is either please wait 24 to 48 hours or they will fix the problem for you later today. (Which is just a lie as no technician has even visited the site)
They will make any excuse and they have no idea what is going on within the company or with the technicians. Save your money and time! Go elsewhere!

Seguramente el peor servicio de internet en Mexico.

I called Telmex May 14 2024 and informed them my model was not turning on. After a few hours of leaving it disconnected it came back up.

In June 15 Sunday I called and reported my modem was dead and not turning on. They gave me a report number. And told me someone would replace it within 24 hours.

I called them back in Monday June 16 and now they told me it would take 3 days for a tech to come by my house

I called back on Wednesday June 19 2024 and now they say it could take as little as 7 days.

I make my living g in the internet and now they can’t replace my modem until they feel like it. Their customer service attitude sucks now they transfer me to a what’s app chat that repeats it’s self endlessly over and over.

What can I do their service to customers is beyond bad especially the male customer service people there they are smart ass and have smart ass answers

Tengo 3 días sin línea telefónica y sin Internet. Contraté 60 mgs " de subida y de bajada", pero, no nunca dan esos megas y menos de bajada. Tengo 2 meses con el servicio, nuevamente. Yo ya lo tenia pero por los mismos motivos me cambié de compañía solo que, por asuntos financieros regresamos. A mí me funcionó mejor Totalplay, pero, por el momento no pudimos sostenerlo. No sé qué les para a éstos de TELMEX. Acaso nos van a descontar los días que no nos dan servicio? O habrá un descuento por darnos menos megas? Estoy harta de esta compañía. Hay empleados muy amables, pero, otros, muy pésimos. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. Ah, aparte te obligan a estar con ellos 1 año. 😡 El robot dijo que en 3 días quedaba el servicio y nada. Llamé y la chica atiende de mala gana y el servicio sigue igual. Ya gasté de más por poner recargas a nuestros teléfonos para tener datos suficientes. A ver hasta cuando...

Su empresa Telmex impone nueva sanción entre las que ya se encontraban la desconexión total o parcial del servicio y ahora DISMINUIR LA VELOCIDAD EN EL INTERNET, por pago de recibo fuera de tiempo, sin embargo no toma en cuenta la opinión y miles de quejas de usuarios por el mal servicio de conexión al mismo: sí, se reporta ( nunca te visitan o dan seguimiento a tu solicitud), llamas y (te cortan la llamada), te contestan (dejan en espera...) y, cuando finalmente logras que te atienda un "Ejecutivo" de mala gana te dice: que los problemas son de conectividad en tu localidad y para solucionarlo necesitas comprar un aparato en Steren que podría mejorarlo, ENTONCES, como pretenden recuperar cartera de clientes, sino atienden quejas que puedan mejorar su reputación e imagen en servicio, y eso que son una empresa socialmente responsable, en qué?

Pésimo su internet no solucionan nada todo el tiempo en espera asco de servicio

No resuelven, no se comunican y cierran el reporte sin avisar. El servicio a venido a menos, hace unos años era excelente, ahora no dan una

El peor internet de la historia mi ama paga 900 pesos por 8 megas y solo somos 5 personas más una persona q no viene tan seguido somos 4 y aún así no arranca la otra vez me enojé tanto por q ni me corría Youtube short q lo baje a golpear fuertemente y no se pero si agarro pero luego dejo de agarrar y ya iba mal el peor INTERNET, mientras Carlos Slim se la pasa viviendo la vida de multimillonario sabe q su propio internet están malo q apuesto q usa otro proveedor de internet no lo recomiendo me duele tener q dar una estrella ⭐ no se los recomiendo siempre falla si solo hay este internet en su region mejor no contraten nada el peor internet de mexico

De los 30 dias del mes, el servicio solo funcionó 8 dias
No lo solucionan, te cobran todo, y cuando funciona, no es la velocidad que contrataste
Al mes, pedi la baja del servicio
Perdi tiempo y dinero

Servicio terriblemente desesperante por su ineficiencia y falta de resolución. Te atiende un chat robótico que no te resuelve nada 🤷🏻‍♂️ ha eso si tienes que seguir pagando 💵 . 😱.

asco de servicio, es muy lento y el servicio técnico no te atiende, te dejan varios días sin internet y te los quieren cobrar, es personal es bastante grosero

Tuvieron un problema en central y llevo 5 días y contando sin servicio, tuve que contratar otra compañía de internet y cancelar Telmex porque nadie me atiende ni resuelven el problema, la soluciona mas rápido fue cancelarlos. Pésimo servicio que falla cada mes

A 1 Año aproximadamente de recibir mi modem se traba y no tiene correcto funcionamiento

Llegamos a la oficina de Plaza Caracol en PV, nos dieron una ficha con un número de turno, la espera fue corta y nos atendió una señora de edad madura extremadamente amable, nos explicó muy bien los programas y nos dió las mejores opciones. Nos dijo que ese mismo día abril 25, 2024 o al día siguiente iría el técnico a realizar la instalación. Llegaron al siguiente día por la tarde el técnico y su ayudante, personas muy joviales y atentas, había cierto problema con la instalación, trabajaron duro y lo resolvieron favorablemente el mismo día. El Internet es rapidísimo y estamos muy contentos.

Here is a realistic review. This Wi-fi company is the most unreliable, incompetent, and the most dishonest people who do their jobs. They are undependable, never fulfill the required time to service, and the call center are a bunch of rude, eccentric, and unconventional people of all time. My job is requires a lot of Wi-fi, recently and mostly all time, it has been failing. I called them multiple times, they either never respond or they reply make you do some stupid steps and hang up. They never give you real solutions. I have lived in Mexico for 8 years, this is not a surprise. They also have a chat from Whatsapp that is powered by an AI, whenever you require for them to revise a problem, they take at least 40 minutes. to respond and an approximate for 10 minute delays. And mostly they leave you on read. This company makes you pay more just for a little difference in your system. Telmex is the most deceitful, lamentable, and probably the worst internet provider ever going. I even wonder how they are surviving at this point. If you're planning to come live here (which i dont recommend) I recommend you getting Totalplay. Telmex wont even probably read the reviews. Thats how unreliable they are.

Una estrella porque no es possible de poner 0. Pesima atencion, hace 8 dias que debe venir un tecnico y nada es la peor compana de internet. Son mentirosos y ademas pagamos que horror. El PDG deberia ha er algo. Ya el PROFECO esta involucrado. No puedo trabajar.
