Complete scam. Promoted as glass handmade suncatcher. Item received was a cheap print on plastic made to look like stained glass, but was so poorly printed it was very clear this was absolutely a cheap machine made piece of junk from China. No way to contact seller and now we are out 70$ for literally an item worth $5 AT BEST. Avoid. This is a complete scam

This came up as an ad on my Facebook but I was so worried after I'd ordered as I saw some comments on Facebook that didn't look like genuine profiles and some negative reviews about it being a scam but my item arrived and it's just what was created one the website and so pretty. Obviously it isn't real stained glass for the price but it is real glass and it does look real when the sun shines through. It's a gift for Christmas for my Mum but I'm too excited already. Thank you for this stunning item. I will probably order more if I save enough money in the future

First one I ordered had a production issues and has these weird streaks. I emailed support. They immediately put in new order to re-make it and didn’t argue. New one came today and it’s wonderful. Great service and product.

My husband surprised me with one of my favorite photos of my cat Buzzy photo bombing a pic with him. I was sobbing! Best ever present!!

Very unsatisfied with my order. It was advertised as stained glass. Upon arrival it is very obvious that it is a sticker meant to look like stained glass, on top of a piece of plastic and very small.

I love the concept and was excited to receive my large stained glass item I ordered. Unfortunately, it came smashed into hundreds of pieces of glass. Complete garbage. I’ve emailed two addresses I could find but have not yet heard from them. If they respond and send a replacement product, I will revise this review. If not, it will remain here for all of you to be advised they ship their items in inferior packaging.

I ordered a suncatcher of my 16 yr old doxie that passed away a couple of years ago. She was my side kick and is very missed. The sun catcher is absolutely beautiful!

The picture colouring in itself is perfect, but not done as stained glass as suggested, and the back has a bubbled effect which shines through which detracts from overall effect. Also the frame is cheaply done and completely off centre, so when it hangs it is really noticeable,

I loved the proof but my stained glass was a drastically different color. My dog is light blonde, almost white and the proof looked great, but in the stained glass he's literally yellow. I expected some color variation but this is pretty drastic.

Ordered two suncatchers of our doggy who was recently put to sleep 😢 they arrived today and are amazing very good quality and very true to life of him, would recommend Tedoo 💯 and more, quick delivery too and kept me informed of the finished result and tracking.

We placed an order on Mat 24th 2026, and all I get is it in the making. How long does it take to make this. We ordered for a Birthday gift thinking it would get here in time but you keep saying it is in the making. Your video on facebook says a week, but it has been a lot longer than that. Can you give me an idea when we will recieve it. order number is 83539976. Help please.

I absolutely love this company. I order a stain-glass piece depicting an image of a beloved pet names Luger. The quality of the piece was stellar and I would recommend this company to anyone. You will not be dissatisfied in anyway. Their customer service was amazing and they treated you like a valued customer.

I purchased a suncatcher to remember my dog Becca. It was so easy. Uploaded a picture of her and picked a size. It came in a couple of weeks and blew my mind. It looked just like her. Now I can always look at the suncatcher and remember her. Thank you so much!!

We did this for my parents's 40th anniversary and although the picture on the glass turned out absolutely beautiful It was not exactly what I was expecting. There were no soldering with glass pieces, it was literally printed on glass. Little bit of a disappointment. It literally took a month to get here with just basic shipping so that too was disappointing since their anniversary party was 2 weeks out from when I ordered it.

The item was very nice and captured the image of my dog perfectly. However, on Instagram on the ad, it looks more like stainless glass with the beveled Lead parts and it is not like that it’s flat. The back of it is very nice. It is that bubbly glass, but the name is backwards of course cause that’s not supposed to be the front. 

I placed an order last week and tried to cancel or change it about 30 min after i made it. I had no idea that i had so many options. At the very least I wanted to enter the name of the cat. I sent 3 emails with no reply what so ever. Having a really unsettling experience so far.
