Die leg curl Maschine ist Unfassbar schlecht konstruiert. Die schlechteste aller Maschinen auf denen ich bisher trainiert habe. Andere Maschinen lassen auch zu wünschen übrig und ich zweifle daran, dass Technogym viel Zeit damit verbringt die Geräte zu testen. Andere Hersteller sind von der Qualität und Führung der Übung deutlich überzeugender

Aucun service après vente. Après avoir appelé pendant presque 1 an , on me répond systématiquement que quelqu’un va me rappeler mais cela n’arrive jamais. Nous avons payé très cher pour une réparation mais personne ne peut venir re- calibrer correctement notre tapis de course.

Desde el primer momento la atención en el local de Madrid por luca fue muy buena . La experiencia en general de todo fue muy buena , el local tiene todos los productos en exposición para probar.
Y Technogym es lo mejor que hay en todo, es el Mercedes del rubro .

Absolutely had the worst experience with Technogym , I purchased a couple of pieces ,one being an elliptical had it less than a year and had an issue with a part wearing out prematurely. The original lady I dealt with was exceptional to deal with . Since then the unit pedals on both sides collapsed and cracked due to in my opinion not having proper support built in reached out to company and all they offered was excuse after excuse refusing to replace them I am going to have to purchase replacement parts as they say it’s cosmetic??? I personally feel it’s a vital part of the elliptical !! Anyway needless to say I am less then satisfied with how they chose to deal with the situation! It has nothing to do with the cost of the parts it the principal !!! Stand behind your product !!!!! Seems to me they are more interested in saving 100 dollars versus keeping a customer happy!!
My bad for not having read their fine print !!! Sad let’s just say I won’t be replacing my next unit with a technogym machine!!!! Well company replied , sent them an email see where it lands ??
Follow up they have reached out , the lady addressed my concerns and they will be looking into my situation with their division and apologized for how things were dealt with . She has assured me that they will be replaced and I have since received a work order to that effect!! They do build nice equipment I must say I just am disappointed that I had to take it to social media to get results . It does show me that we do have a voice however !! I trust that I won’t have any further issues with them in the future, at least I hope I don’t so with that I would still recommend the exercise equipment !!! Just need to do better with dealing with customers concerns post sale

that’s my thoughts on the matter . So for the care team’s response I am going to change my rating to 4 stars for how they took the time to listen and deal with the my issues!!!!! 😊👍

I reported some faulty software on a gym machine over 2 weeks ago. The gym reported this to technogym.

Over 2 weeks from when it was reported to technogym and no response.

I have phoned them and emailed them myself and get no more respons than saying it has been reported.

Hopeless outfit and no help.

Since my review and contact with technogym the device has been fixed by the local staff after a phone call from technogym support. A simple fix.

Thank you technogym but it was a simple fix that could have been sorted over 2 weeks ago.

Ho ordinato una Technogym connected dumbbells arrivata senza un peso da 2 kg in uno dei due manubri ad inizio agosto. Il tutto segnalato prontamente e con urgenza dagli installatori. E' passato quasi un mese, nessuno mi ha contattato per dirmi se e come risolverà il problema della consegna del prodotto difettoso. Assistenza post vendita inesistente e francamente poco organizzati per essere una grande azienda

Son stati gentili, celeri efficienti e professionali. Son davvero soddisfatto dal servizio, oltre che dall’attrezzatura acquistata.

Wij hebben een loopband van Technogym thuis staan. Nu is het tijd voor een onderhoud. Al 2 weken is mijn man bezig met bellen, mailen, terugbellen, nog mailen....zonder enig resultaat. We worden steeds afgewimpeld met excuses. Bv dat je contactpersoon niet aanwezig is, maar breng je aan dat je dan maar een review gaat schrijven, dan is die persoon plots toch ter beschikking, raar maar waar. Zinnen als "we sturen u nu direct een mail" of " we bellen u onmiddellijk terug" zijn standaard maar geen mail, geen telefoon, niks hoor je nog van hen! WAARDELOZE service, ongelofelijk dat dit zelf kan en ze nog bestaan!!! En dat zelfs voor gewoon een onderhoud te willen inplannen. Laat staan dat je echt een probleem hebt. Dan sta je daar wel mooi he! Technogym, echt niet te geloven dat voor zo een groot merk dit jullie service is! Degoutant!

4 months out of warranty cycle and they want to charge $900 up front to come out and fix. High End I very much doubt it. Cheap rubbish with an over the top price tag. Never again.

Avevo pubblicato a nome Eleonora , socia new body club , una recensione negativa per la scarsa attenzione al post vendita e macchinari nuovi già difettosi dopo pochi giorni di utilizzo, sono stato contattato subito dalla responsabile. Pochi giorni dopo sono arrivati sia il rappresentante di zona che il tecnico che hanno risolto tutti i problemi senza aver speso nulla. E così ho anche scoperto che leggono le recensioni al contrario di altre aziende che neanche rispondono .

Ho appena compiuto 74 anni; lavoro a tempo pieno sia come strategic advisor per la più grande azienda di servizi professionali italiana che come inventore su cosa si riesce a fare con la AI sia a livello professionale che personale correlando e misurando le relazioni tra alimentazione, esercizio, concentrazione e successo sul lavoro. Essendo l'esercizio fisico un ingrediente prezioso della formula ho decisionale di acquistare MyRUN e le prime impressioni sono ottime.

Son los mejores equipos con el mejor diseño y la mejor calidad. El servicio posventa es buenísimo te lo traen a casa te lo montan la atención al cliente es muy buena y muy profesional. Lo recomiendo 100 × 100

Come ogni anno, mi regalo per il mio compleanno un prodotto Technogym. Non finiscono mai di stupirmi con la loro professionalità, gentilezza e competenza mai vista nel mondo del fitness.
D’altronde è una eccellenza italiana riconosciuta in tutto il mondo.

Ich muss leider sagen Technogym entäuscht mich auf ganzer Linie!!! Ich besitze ein Tecnogym Ride, ist das teuerste Rad unter den Heimtrainern. Ich habe dann für ein paar Monate diese Unlimeted Lizenz die ich dann nach ein paar Monaten gekündigt bzw. deaktiviert habe. Ohne mein zu tun oder Aktivität wurde mir meine Unlimeted Lizenz wieder aktiviert. Mir wurde dann im Juni 29€ abgebucht obwohl ich keine Stunde auf dem Bike gesessen bin. Als ich die Abbuchung bemerkt habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert, mir wurde bestätigt dass Sie sich darum kümmern. Also gewartet und nichts passiert und jetzt kommt es: für den Juli wurden mir wieder 29€ abgebucht, für was? Jetzt habe ich über die Webseite dieses Abo deaktiviert. Bin gespannt ob mir wieder was abgebucht wird, wenn ja geht die Angelegenheit zum Anwalt. Technogym ist für mich im Augenblick das Letzte und der Kundenservice ist an Inkompetenz nicht zu überbieten!!!

I bought a Technogym Vario Excite elliptical trainer to my home gym. It came with a number of hardware and software problems and I have had technical service personal twice and it is worse then ever still waiting for parts and the software issues still remains. Not premium quality.
