Excuses and lost confidence in ability to deliver
Very poor customer service. Says he does old school service, whilst in reality this isn’t the case.
Doesn’t answer emails or WhatsApp messages, then when you speak to Josh, you get conflicting messages , such as carpets being packed and sent tomorrow, they will be with you in a couple of days ..etc.etc. Excuses excuses excuses ..I’ve heard them all from him
I waited 4 weeks for my car carpets to be told he had produced carpets with a fault, even though he tells you he puts everything into having high quality standards.
Lost confidence in his ability to do what he says on his website so he gave me a refund and I went elsewhere
