Taylor Robinson Estate Agents Anmeldelser

We have a BTL property in Crawley and first spoke with Ben Cannon about five years ago. He is extremely knowledgeable and pragmatic about the local market as well as rental specifics. Responsive and always happy to pick up the phone.

Excellent Estate Agent , very helpful and keeps Landlords up to date with the law

We have been dealing with Taylor Robinson since 2010, when we bought our first home in Crawley. Buying your first house is a unique and sometimes daunting experience, especially when you are investing all of your savings, but the process was made much easier thanks to the excellent service and support we received from one of the partners.

Since then, we have remained regular clients and have been extremely happy with the overall service. The team has consistently been professional, helpful, and reliable, and we have always felt well looked after. We would happily recommend Taylor Robinson to anyone looking for a trusted and professional service.

We have been clients of Taylor & Robinson for the last 12 years or so. I remember making the choice of agency at the time and I am so glad I made the right one. The service is excellent; we are immediately notified of anything that needs to be done and they arrange for the work to be done as soon as someone is available. We live overseas and their efficiency and care means so much to us. Thanks Ben, Clare and team for all your hard work snd keeping us free of worries.

Helpful and professional.
Thanks to ben and his team.

Ben and his team rented my property out without any problems.
Really nice people to deal with.
Professional service though out.
Would really recommend using if you are renting

I can't thank the team at Taylor Robinson Estate Agents (Crawley Branch) enough for helping me sell my house. The whole team was excellent, providing fantastic support.

A special thank you to Daniel, Luke, Kelly, and Lawrence for all your hard work, patience, and support. You were always there to answer my questions. Thanks to your efforts, I was able to achieve my dream, and I couldn't be more grateful.

I would highly recommend Taylor Robinson Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you all.

Taylor Robinson was recommended to us by a work colleague, and we are very pleased we took their advice.
We would like to thank Ben, Clare, and Jake for their outstanding support, clear communication, and dedication throughout. We would also like to recognise Ben and Lawrence for providing an accurate and realistic valuation of our property, along with honest, well-informed advice based on strong local market knowledge, which gave us confidence from the outset.
Clare stands out for her excellent communication and professionalism, consistently keeping us updated and ensuring clear, prompt communication between tenants and ourselves. Her responsiveness and proactive approach ensured everything ran smoothly.
We would highly recommend Taylor Robinson to other landlords, as well as tenants, looking for a trustworthy and efficient letting agency that provides strong support to both parties.

Ben and Clare supported me managing my 4 properties in East Grinstead. Always attentive and quick to identify any issues, or types of new legislation requiring my attention. If you are looking for a letting agent or just to rent a property, I highly recommend Taylor Robinson and Clare and Ben.

I recently instructed Taylor Robinson to let and manage my property in Crawley after two separate sales fell through. From the initial enquiry through to the tenants moving in, Ben provided excellent communication, quick responses and clear, practical advice throughout. The property was marketed promptly, suitable tenants were found quickly, and the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. As an overseas landlord, good communication is particularly important to me and Ben has been outstanding in that regard. Very pleased with the service so far and would happily recommend Taylor Robinson to other landlords.

I have been letting property for well over 20 years and i can safely say that amongst the many i have used
Taylor Robinson are the best
We use their fully managed service and all our dealings with Ben Clare & Jake are superb. In a business where time is of the essence all issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently . Also Bens knowledge of the local market and the whole process of letting property is vast and he is always happy to share his expertise ! .... I wouldnt go anywhere else !

Over a few years we bought 6 flats in Crawley with the help and advice of Taylor Robinson (TR), and throughout the whole process they were professional and extremely willing to help in every way. They have managed our properties in exactly the same manner; responding immediately to tenants issues, connecting with us to confirm actions, and regularly inspecting the apartments to ensure they are being respected by the tenants. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending TR to anyone, and am happy to give a excellent reference to anyone who requests it. Investing in our properties was a rather worrying procedure, but TR (Ben Cannon and his staff in particular) took away all that anxiety and have continued to maintain our portfolio in a constantly professional and ethical way.

I have been dealing with Ben and Clare at Taylor Robinson for over 10 years, and throughout that time they have consistently been helpful, supportive, and highly professional.

Their service in both lettings and property management has always been reliable, and they make every effort to deliver on time. The level of support they provide gives me real confidence and peace of mind.

I’m very happy with Taylor Robinson and truly appreciate the excellent service they continue to provide. Thank you.

Ive used Taylor Robinson for both selling and letting houses they have a gt team led by lawerence and ben who deals with the lettings side both very good at what they do il like to personally thank ben for all his help over the years and look forward one day of using their servi es again regards mark

First used Taylor Robinson about 10 years ago after buying a flat with my son that we wanted to rent out. I telephone a couple of letting agencies , but I was very impressed with Ben Cannon who works for Taylor Robinson and decided to ask them go find us a tenant which they did. We gained a good trusting relationship with Ben Cannon and for the first few years they provided us with Tenants and we did any work needed ourselves. Now as we know Ben so well and he has helped us so many times we have decided to use Taylor Robinson to also manage the flat now, which saves my son and I having to sort out any problems.
I can’t recommend Ben Cannon enough, he is such a nice honest and very knowledgeable person , and has made the letting of our flat an easy experience for us, and long may it continue.
Taylor Robinson are a very good company, thanks to their great staff like Ben.

Taylor Robinson has been managing the letting of my house for 9 years and I am more than happy with the service I receive.
The Lettings team, led by Ben, answers my queries promptly and deals with all aspects of the tenancies. This includes, but is not limited to, arranging repairs & servicing and dealing with my comments about the tenants’ actions.
All in all, I receive a first-class service from the Lettings team and I am glad I chose Taylor Robinson as my Letting Agents.

I’ve used Taylor Robinson since 2025 to let out two properties, and their service has been outstanding.

Both properties—a one-bedroom apartment in 2025 and a two-bedroom apartment in 2026—were rented out within a week, securing strong tenants and excellent outcomes on both occasions.

Ben and Clare have been very interactive throughout— regular updates about contractors and taking the time to phone and reach out with detailed feedback about prospective tenants.

Taylor Robinson's communication, professionalism, and proactive approach made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Taylor Robinson, in particular Ben & Clare, to both landlords and prospective tenants.

When I started letting property over 20 years ago Taylor Robinson was my agent. Sadly they closed their lettings side of the business to concentrate solely on property sales. They moved me to another agent. I was always more than satisfied with Taylor Robinson, providing an excellent service.
Last year I discovered Taylor Robinson were back in the lettings business. My properties are now safely back in their hands.
Taylor Robinson offer a fully managed service.
I deal mainly with Ben Cannon, and Clare Penfold in admin. Both offer a very friendly and efficient service. Fees are fully transparent with no hidden costs or charges. Any issues are dealt with immediately.
The best agents I've had. I would recommend them all day long.

Really disappointing experience overall. I joined this agency after being assured by a particular member of staff that my property would sell quickly, but after they left, no one even told me. The viewings were handled poorly, staff didn’t know key details about my home or the area, and I often had to chase them for updates. I even ended up doing my own viewings just to keep things moving.

After more than a year with no results, I went multi-agency, suddenly there was effort, and my home sold within weeks. Communication from management was dismissive and when raising concerns I was belittled and intimidated from the owner.
When I advised the owner that I would give an honest review of my experience , I was informed their IT department and legal team would get involved.
Having said that my house was sold through this agency in the end but what a distressing experience when raising concerns. I am now going through their complaints procedure.
Sadly, I can’t recommend this agency based on my experience as there was a real lack of professionalism, care, and accountability.

Taylor Robinson have been fantastic, I had my property on the letting market with another agent for 3 weeks and only had 1 viewing and wasn't having the best experience. I instructed Taylor Robinson and within 24hrs, pictures taken, live on Rightmove and 3 appointments booked in. Within 72hours a let deal has been agreed. Thank you Ben for being so proactive and keeping me updated - Special mention to Jake as well for helping with the viewing. Thank you both!
