After being seriously messed about by two other companies, Any House Wanted were models of clarity, good communication, and knowledge of the difficult area of rural mixed use properties. We would have liked a higher offer, but recognised the current problems in the housing market, and as quite elderly executors were desperate for an efficient low stress exit. Unlike our two pre ious offers there was never any attempt made to decrease the offer at the last possible minute.

They were very helpfull clear and on time with everything

Perfect company honest , transparent and fair. Although I didn’t get the full price of which they made me aware at the beginning and I managed to secure our new home , I could not have done this without the flexible option .
