The transfer time is perfect the only thing bad is it takes $5 dollars from what you wanna transfer out I think it should be no more tha $2

Would I recommend Tapcheck , absolutely not. I have worked 2 shifts now and the balance is still zero. It's Father's day weekend and my son wanted to come see me, but since I have a zero balance after working it's impossible. Garbage
Id I still used profanity I would be cussing like hell right about now. Whatever.

Nice customer service person. Frustrating that I had to call in the first place, especially since every transaction costs around $5! For that much money, the system should work flawlessly. However, I do appreciate the service when I need it.

So convenient! I went from being paid weekly to bi weekly and this helps me fill in the gaps until the next pay.

Never had such a disgusting experience trying to access your funds and cant. I have been back and forth with Tapcheck regarding Zero balance when I should have ready access my funds available. Was told that the technical team is working but takes weeks to resolve. Go figure. Really poor service outcome.

I have not been able to access my funds in almost 3 months. I had a message on my account that said reached company limit when I have never made a transfer. The chat kept “updating my ticket” and the emails I got were there are inconsistencies we see which is bs I work the same hours every week my pay is pretty much the same every week my wages never update my balance is always zero I called customer service the guy said he would escalate my issue to tech support and they would take care of it immediately well it’s been a week and guess what nothings changed.

I had a great experience fast support would recommend 10/10

Everyone is really friendly, I love the hours I work and if there any problems they do get the issue taken care of,, this company doesn't have any issues that I know of right now customer service is very great
