Tahoe Mountain Sports Anmeldelser

Ordered a new ski helmet along with headphones. Items fit great and were of high quality as expected.

I purchased the Ahnu SugarPine Hiking Boots. They were true to size & beautiful.
Tahoe Mountain Sports shipped them immediately and even surprised me with a little International mailing Love . Thanks Tahoe I appreciate this & will absolutely be back.

Placed order on Wednesday, received package on Saturday. Price was 30% less than Amazon! Would definitely purchase again from tahoemountainsports.com

Ordered a pair of splitboard bindings online - the process was easy, the payment method very secure and the bindings showed up within a few days.

Site was easy to navigate. Price for item was fair. I was surprised by the chat help that came online without me asking. The experience was nice and the employee was very helpful.

Ordered a jacket, hiking shoes, and a air pump, but there was an issue on the color of shoe, they sold out just before I ordered. CS emailed and I emailed and we came to an agreement and it was done! I had some questions in size, they advised me on what to do, specefic to the brand and how the sizes run. I went with their advice and they were spot on! Great place! Selection is a little limited, but was told they could possibly order if not in stock! Great place to do business.

Tahoe Mountain Sports emailed me once the Hydro Flask item I wanted to get was in stock. I added items to the cart--it was quick and easy. I particularly liked that low cost shipping option was available for the inexpensive items I ordered, along with the quick and more expensive options.
Thanks for the reminder, easy ordering process, and the low cost shipping! Excellent!

Shipping wS fast, good selection of quality outdoor merchandise; the shipping charges are too high, Purchased a $70 pair of gloves, paid shipping; needed a larger size so returned, shipping for UPS was $26. All told, the Christmas gift of $70 mittens cost me over $125. That is the only thing that would keep me from shopping with Tahoe again.

Great support. I called in they answered my questions, and I made my order online.

Found what I wanted, received a quick confirmation of my order, and it arrived quickly.

I got Black Diamond Guide gloves for Christmas. So far, so good - great gloves. But, they don't have leashes. So, they are guaranteed to fall and get lost when you're on the lift at the most remote spot. I needed leashes - Hestra's cuffs are the best but try buying them without the gloves. No problem if you go to Tahoe Mountain Sports. Now...the best gloves and the best leashes - I need a new excuse.

I bought the beanie for my step grandson in NYC. He loves it and it shipped fast and right when they said it would. I love that about a company online.

We ordered a helmet and unfortunately this particular model just didn't fit right despite being the right size and so we returned it. Tahoe Mountain Sports processed the return and credited our account very quickly!

Excellent service. They had some issues with the web page. However, with the online chat, we could immediately resolve that. I will shop there again. Delivery was very fast (next day), which I had not even expected.

Ordered and paid, then received an email the next day stating that the boots I ordered were not available. I requested the order be canceled. It was canceled, but I did not receive my money back until after I emailed asking where it was.

Item arrived on time and in great condition. Will order again.

Fast easy and great products. Highly reccomend.

My shopping experiences at Tahoe Mountain Sports have always been pleasurable. the staff is always helpful and friendly. Their products are top quality and their sales are fantastic! ordering on line is a snap, too.

I had not dealt with this dealer before but tried it. The product came within a few days. Exactly what I ordered!

I had an excellent experience with Tahoe Mountain Sports. When I called to check on the status of my order due to needing the item for a trip the lady who helped me was super friendly and my order arrived quickly!
