I placed a quick last minute order for an item that was hard to find elsewhere. Tahoe Mountain Soorts delivered it fast before I departed on my trip. Thanks!

Wonderful doing business with TMS. Their website is easy to navigate, secure and a pleasure. Shipping was much faster than I thought, especially for me being on the other side of the country from them. Package showed up, and was a surprise! Thank you Tahoe Mountain Sports!

The item I purchased was competitively priced and the description was accurate. I received an immediate response upon completion of my purchase and the item was shipped within a few days. Thank you!

Very quick delivery! No problems!

Tahoe Mountain Sports treated me as the only customer they had. They were very friendly and helpful and even helped me save money. Thank you Tahoe Mountain Sports for your great customer service, fast shipping and great selection. And they did all this in the midst of moving store locations. Thank you!

We recently purchased the Deuter Kid Comfort 3 from TAHOE Mountain Sports after Extensively and Exhaustively researching the many child carriers available, living half a world away in Australia was no issue as the customer service i received was to bluntly put it IMPECCABLE! We recieved the carrier in no time at all and our little one absolutely loves it! Its and amazing piece of outdoor gear as its extreemly comfortable to wear and very comfy for our little miss too after hours of walking, its very well designed and has plenty of storage compartments, its is also very adjustable for both the child and adult :)
the online chat support department quickly checked to see if my product was in stock and gave me the exact pricing including shipping costs,we recieved constant updates on order processing and shipping updates also were able to track the package in transit.we also recieved a 15% discount on the carrier which ended up saving us over $150 compared to if we had bought this carrier here in Australia, the range of quality products at TAHOE is almost endless,we will definitely be shoping here again :) and would happily recomend this store to anyone after quality products and great customer focus from start to finish :)

very trustworthy firm. I feel secure and safe with the company. Everything went smooth. thanks a lot and greatings from Denmark

My Arcade belt ROCKS

I ordered a GO PRO Fetch harness for my dog. The harness came faster than I expected and the shipping was free.

Great to deal with. They had what I wanted in stock and it was shipped super fast. Cannot complain.

For the first time (ordering products online) I actually received an email from a supplier, Tahoe Mountain Sports which provided my options to include cancelling the order. Typically you receive some products and are informed of a delay in writing. I appreciated their honesty and that is why I elected NOT to cancel my order. I received the first items as requested and without delay.

I ordered snow boots and they came in way aster than expected! I obviously haven't gotten to wear them in te snow yet, but I walked around in them and they were very comfortable, warm and they fit great. I got a size up from my normal size so that I could wear multiple pairs of socks with them.

Very easy to navigate And Shop online, with apropriate emails confirming and reassuring all is at hand.

I love my new skis! They were a great price with free and fast shipping!

The shipping was fast and the product was as described. Thank you.

ordered a Gregory backpack. Shipped right away. Great price.

I'd never even heard of Tahoe Mountain Sports until I googled the Thermarest air mattress I was looking for and saw they had the best price for exactly what I was looking for. I took a chance, and won the lottery. Smooth transaction, quicker than promised delivery, and a great product at a great price. I would definitely buy from them again.

I lost a basket from my Black Diamond hiking poles. When I searched for it on-line, I was happy to find it on Tahoe Mtn. Sports as a "spare part" for the pair. The basket looks sort of like a snow-flake with a portion of the outer sector missing, but it's purposefully molded that way. It looked exactly like that on-line so I clicked on it and bought it. What I recieved was a pair of small, round baskets, they are from Black Diamond, but the WRONG PART!
