Had to take my Tag Heuer watch in for a new battery. Sherry was very helpful and friendly. Fully explained the process to me and happily showed me a watch that I asked about. If you visit the Sydney Boutique, ask for Sherry.

I bought a connected watch in early March, and from day one the battery was draining in just 6 hours, completely unacceptable for a brand new product.
I contacted customer service straight away, and after multiple back-and-forth messages, they told me to send it in for repair. A repair? For a brand new watch that arrived faulty? It should have been replaced immediately.
Now it’s mid-April and I still haven’t received it back. The delay is unreasonable, and the customer service has been extremely poor throughout.
For the price they charge, the quality is disappointing and the overall experience has been frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this brand based on my experience.

Think twice before you buy it!

Lorena was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain how the watch works. She was never pushy and gave me the space to make my own decision about whether to proceed. Lorena allowed me to look at the watches I was interested in at my own pace, which made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. I would happily return and purchase more watches from Lorena in the future.

Simply Amazing. Carlos and his team are the best of the best. They are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the brand and its rich history. They are warm and inviting making you feel like family. I have owned many other brands but TAG is by far my favorite. Not only are they innovative and stylish but I truly love their culture. Well done TAG and Family.

First proper watch purchase and I don’t regret it. I very much appreciated Kiet and the time he took to go through the options and to make sure I was comfortable with it.

I visited the TAG Heuer boutiques at Lotte Department Store Jamsil and the main branch Avenuel, where I received assistance regarding the Carrera model (from Advisor HEO and Manager JOO). As someone who was not very familiar at first, I was impressed by their kindness and extensive knowledge. Their proactive and welcoming approach made me develop a strong affinity for TAG Heuer, and it left me with the impression that it is a brand I would definitely like to own someday, even if not immediately.

I am giving this 5-star review exclusively because of the work of Customer Care. It has nothing to do with the service facility in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

The Customer Care team, especially Laura and Kyle, the Technical Manager for LVMH Watch and Jewelry, handled the case professionally, understood the issue, and ensured it was resolved. Without their involvement, I do not believe this case would have been fixed properly.

The Richmond Hill service facility, however, was a completely different story. My watch was tied up there for more than five months and had to be returned twice. After the first service, it returned with a day display issue. After the second service, it returned with a minute hand issue that had never existed before. Both of these problems arose while the Canadian service facility in Richmond Hill was handling the watch. This should never happen if the watch is serviced by qualified technicians and subjected to proper quality control before being returned to the client.

In my opinion, the final successful outcome was achieved only because Customer Care pushed the matter through and made sure the workshop finally did the job properly.

So, to be absolutely clear, this 5-star rating is for Customer Care only. It is not a positive review of the Richmond Hill service facility. Based on my experience, that workshop does not reflect the standard one would expect from an official TAG Heuer service center.

I like the innovative of TAG Heuer, and also the value given to customer, for luxury brand of about same price, i can get good deal with TAG Heuer.

Exceptionally skilled staff with great knowledge and attitude, it’s been overall a very pleasant experience !

Great website, products and service.

I went to the Tag Heuer store in Derby earlier today on the 9th of April. I walked just looking to have a little browse. After my experience in the Rolex AD a few months ago, I wanted to look for my next time piece. The member of staff called Kerry was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and let me try on the titanium Aqua Racer. I will certainly be back on my next trip to Derby, and I think I might even buy my first Tag Heuer.

Un choix multiple pour afficher un cadran et personnalisé.
Suivi régulier par le développeur de l’application via des mises à jour.

Deux petits moins cependant- batterie tenant 36hrs en usage normal/intensif, donc pas meilleure qu’une Apple Watch
2e point un peu négatif : les activités sportives sont restreintes à quelques disciplines, comme j’ai dit pour ma T-Touch Connect Sport de Tissot il faudrait absolument rajouter « vélo/VTT électrique » car c’est devenu un des principaux acteurs des temps actuels pour le sport.
