I am satisfied with the delivery. This was done quickly and reliably. there was regular status information.

Just as others have shared online, when I placed the order, I did get request to send my photo ID and proof of my US address, unusual but I did comply. The camera RX100 VII did arrive on time in an opened box (which I was told earlier), with all accessories, but no user manual, guarantee card, etc. I have been using the camera for some time now and it works great. It seems they forgot to put back in the box all those printed papers.

after the order, they asked me the official documents such as a copy of driver license / ID card / Passport / Government Tax invoice which can show the name and the delivery address for validation. Then they want still Staff ID card.

Product listed on the website was not available, which seams to be a common theme on the website. Would not have chosen this site if the product was avilable elsewhere. Lazy dropshipping without inventory or availability checks.
Support tried to upsell instead.

A plus was that they payed me back without discussion and withina reasonable timeframe.

I bought recently a Galaxy S24 and it was delivered within 5 working days. It was with 600 € a lot of money for these cell phone, but today i saw it offered in a local shop for over 900 €. In all i am very happy with the goods an also the very friendly communication with Elaine from T-Dimension. Totalls up to 10 points

This company could not deliver on the product advertised and had to issue a refund with no alternative.

In reply to the comment made by this company. I did redirect the order to my home address but I was then told there was no stock and they were unable to fullfil the order and a refund was issued

Ho acquistato una Sony a6700 ad un prezzo super conveniente. Vero, non ha il menu in italiano, ma supporta inglese, tedesco e altre lingue europee. Ordine arrivato in 10 giorni con tracking sempre aggiornato.

"Out of Stock" Avoid!! not Reliable at All!
After email assurances and a few weeks wait, was told "not in stock".
Full refund eventually issued but this was not the first time things are advertised at a great price (but aren't actually available)

Then purchased again in White color and received a message after a week, white color out of stock, Requested me to change the color while white colour was available as showing "in stock" I agreed to change the color with a purple, but when I received after 2 weeks, color was not as described! I requested to return the item & got reply that I have to pay posting charges plus 10% Restocking fee which is arroud £80 In Total, just avoid to buy anything from them!! Very disappointed with my recent purchase, All I can say just Avoid!!

I wanted the new S24, but the Hong Kong or USA version which come with the latest Qualcomm SoC instead of the Exynos. T-Dimension had everything I needed: lower price than every single competitor, no import fees (I live in Italy), original box, 10 days shipping and constant updates during the process. I was skeptical, but I gave it a try and I couldn't be happier. The phone works perfectly, arrived on time and I can't complain on anything. If in the future I'll need to import a smartphone I'll know where to look

Das Packet und der Inhalt ist ohne Beschädigungen angekommen und der Preis war unschlagbar. Man muss jedoch gmit etwas längeren Lieferzeiten rechnen. (Bei uns waren es ca. 3 Wochen) Außerdem ist der Kundenservice sehr gut und bei Fragen werden diese sofort per E-Mail beantwortet. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!
