Tom was brilliant
Tom was brilliant. When we had a wobble he did whatever he could to solve the issue, and more.
The only thing I want to mention is after two days my washer fluid was low on a new car! However… that is something very small to moan about! The only negative I’d have. Beautiful car and I’m over the moon with it. Thanks team!

Excellent service as opposed to in the moment sales
Having had the unfortunate experience of damaging a tyre on a two week old new car which required a new part which was out of stock! Lewis and Jack in the parts team could not of been more welcoming, helpful, polite and competent BUT the most impressive part of this experience was that they were totally focussed on solving my problem as a customer rather than just taking my money! They arranged for my part to be delivered over night to a “competitor” dealer to solve MY problem rather than what I expect are their own sales objectives. These guys are BMW Sytner and best of all, customer service exemplars, excellent!

Motorcycle Engine Stator Replaced
Had my R1200RT motorcycle Stator generator replaced with New which needed complete engine removed plus full 12K service.

BEWARE BMW Sytner WOLVERHAMPTON
I am very disappointed with BMW Sytner Wolverhampton. My BMW steering lock would not unlock. I called the RAC the said the car would need to go to BMW. It was the Easter weekend and this happened the Good Friday. I arranged with RAC to relay my car to BMW on 2nd April. I received a call from BMW on the 4th saying my car needed a new battery cost £275 I explained my battery was only 6 months old but had no choice but to authorise a new battery. I received a email a week later with a list of parts required to fix the car after diagnostic tests being DDC unit £4107, Rear Bumper wiring loom £1440, Starter Terminal £2327. Water leak investigation £210 totalling £8084. I was shocked and nearly fainted. They advised car was not economically viable to be fixed and advised to scrap my car. I know my car and I knew everything wa working before it went into BMW. I had my car relayed to another garage on 13th May they called me on 15th May to collect my car saying the problem was the Intelligent Battery Cable £170 , adapter lead £15.40, IBS adapter. Including labour £644. BEWARE of these RIP OFF Bstards. Imagine a big dealership trying to rip me off. How can BMW justify these action. Please BEWARE 😖

Excellent from start to finish
Having experienced typically poor car dealerships I had the pleasure of meeting BMW Wolverhampton and was greeted like we mattered and were a valued customer. Having agreed the deal excitedly made our way to the showroom where our new car awaited! We identified a couple of small imperfections and wanted these sorted out. To our delight these were sorted out that very morning to a very high standard, and more impressively the same day it was delivered to me. Jake was the salesman and he was first class, no pressure, no BS just a good solid salesman that knew his stuff and I would not hesitate to recommend Jake or BMW Wolverhampton to anyone. 5*

Dishonest
My vehicle went in for a recall (May 2023) and following the works I was contacted by their staff and was advised that my front tyre needed to be changed as a cord was visible. I initially was happy to proceed until I was told that the video produced by them whilst carrying out their visual inspection was corrupt. I decided to have my car checked from another garage. I had my car checked by two garages, who both confirmed that my tyres were fine and legal and no cord was showing.
I did not replace the tyre and my car passed the MOT in September 2023. It was further recalled in January 2024. Following this recall a visual inspection video was sent to me and no issues were picked up. I raised this with the Manager who simply said there is no incentive for staff to sell products and if I had raised the issue earlier it could have been dealt with. I had in fact raised the issue with one of the staff members!!!!! That is an extremely poor response and BMW Rybrook are dishonest. I wonder how many people buy into what they are told and have been ripped off by them. The business still makes profit by selling tyres and other parts!!!!!
I have also raised by concerns with BMW head offices and they have failed to reply.

Excellent Service
James gave excellent service, sending a video walk round of the car as we were not able to visit in person before buying. On the day of purchase he welcomed us to the dealership , was very efficient in processing all the paperwork and tax requirements and then helped to set up my phone in the car giving an overview of how it works. As we were away for the weekend he even helped transfer our bags into the new car! Excellent service and I’m loving the new car 😁
