Was greeted by Raks (Dave) and Matt at the waiting area, very helpful with getting everything up and running, wasn’t too long of a wait as we were then greeted by Ollie and he was extremely welcoming and sociable, led us to see my Audi TT for the first time and gave me all the time needed to get familiar with it. I am absolutely disgusted…
I am absolutely disgusted by how my sale was handled by Rakesh.
When I viewed the car for a test drive, it had a Ghost Immobiliser fitted. Before proceeding with the purchase, I specifically requested that it be removed because I didn't want to have to enter an 8-button code every time I started the car. Rakesh agreed to remove it and even called me a few days later to confirm that it had been removed.
That turned out to be completely untrue.
Just two months after buying the car, the Ghost Immobiliser re-activated, preventing the car from starting. I was left stranded in the middle of nowhere, and the AA were unable to diagnose the problem. The car had to be recovered to my local Mercedes dealership.
Because the car wouldn't start, it was locked in Park with the handbrake engaged. As a result, the recovery process caused significant damage while loading it onto the tow truck, resulting in £10,000 worth of repairs. I was left without my car for months, causing a huge amount of stress and inconvenience.
Even after the repairs were completed, Mercedes still couldn't understand why the car wouldn't start until they discovered that the Ghost Immobiliser was still fitted and fully operational. I explained that I had been told it had been removed, but they confirmed that it clearly had not.
Fortunately, I had kept the original Ghost code from when I bought the car. Had I thrown it away - as most people probably would after being told the system had been removed - there would have been no way to start the vehicle.
I am now forced to use the Ghost Immobiliser every time I drive the car, despite specifically purchasing the vehicle on the understanding that it had been removed. To make matters worse, I have received no meaningful response from the aftersales team despite trying to get this resolved.
This dishonesty is unacceptable, I was told the immobiliser had been removed when it hadn't, and it has caused me months of inconvenience, unnecessary expense, and significant stress.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership or Rakesh, and I would strongly advise others to think carefully before buying a vehicle from them.

Poor Sales team
I was reaching them to buy a new Geely EX5 Max, I got a competitive quote from their sales person (Josh) with the manufacturer deposit, once I wanted to proceed with the purchase their response has been very bad, I followed up every day with Josh who stopped replying to my emails, messages and calls. I even paid a booking fee for the car, they delayed for no reason (no proper communication) later they said the offer is over and I can’t avail it. I finally got annoyed with their approach and cancelled the booking and asked for the refund(still waiting for their confirmation). I wouldn’t recommend them if you are looking for a smooth buying experience. I am happy that I didn’t proceed with them.

My car was booked in on the 26.06.2026…
My car was booked in on the 26.06.2026 fro an MOT and a service, with an additional aircon service. upon arrival the person checking in the car confirmed that the car wash would not be at an additional cost as the car was in for an MOT and Service. When I arrived just after 4pm I was told the car had failed the MOT. The items in question could have been replaced very easily with a phone call and my approval as the car was onsite for a service: a number-plate light and a headlight. I had no phone call prior to collecting to inform me of any issues. Then the car was also not washed- the feedback on this was that the car failed the MOT so could not be driven. The MOT items listed are lights and covers I don't see how this affects a car being washed which is included in the service, which I paid for. This is very poor communication and service. I bought the car here in 2021 and will not be returning .
