Comminication could of been better. Was told to pick car up at 11.00 and called when en route ( 15 miles away ) to say it hasnt been charged up and can we make it later in the afternoon. Sales guy was great and very appologetic. Planned to day day to pick up wifes car with excitement which turned into a waste of a day hanging around until it was ready to pick up. So not a good start as the experience when ordering ( August 2021 ) was really professional and detailed. Rushed handover as had other clients to deal with.

After an initial online enquiry, we were contacted by Sales Executive Sam Greenbank at Sytner Coventry. He was able to tell us about a limited edition Countryman which he felt we might be interested in. He kindly sent a walk through video of the vehicle, in which he gave every little detail about the vehicle which you could hope for. Despite being a little apprehensive about the purchase, having not physically seen the vehicle, Sam’s description and knowledge of the vehicles attributes, meant we were sold on it. The purchase, from beginning to the delivery, was fully completed, including transferring the vehicle into our name and the receipt of the V5 by ourselves, in six days! Sam was completely on the ball with everything and his communication skills were brilliant, keeping us in the loop throughout the whole process. Despite a couple of minor hiccups since delivery, Sam has dealt with these without any problem and along with his Brand Manager Jess, have made our experience with Sytner Coventry an extremely good one.

I had an excellent service from Omari Brown. He gave me an online video tour of the car I wanted to buy, and enabled me to buy it remotely with confidence seeing the car twice on video.
He also organised for the car to be driven down to me and the pick up of my part exchange. The man who picked up my car and did the handover was also excellent.

Fantastic service from start to finish, many thanks to Alana, who kept us informed the whole way through. She was professional and polite and couldn’t do enough for us. On each visit the team looked after us. Thanks to all involved.

The sales guy I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. He kept me updated on the status of my mini throughout and checked how I was getting on. He showed me everything in the mini set up my account and radio and even stayed after his shift was supposed to be over

Purchased a Mini Cooper S mid October. The sale went smoothly but the car was advertised as having 7,841 mileage. But when it was delivered had 10,650 which I fed-back was a considerable difference in mileage. Three weeks later and still waiting on a reply.

Just ordered a new Mini through the guys at Sytner Coventry. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Everything well explained in a friendly manner and a great deal for my trade-in and new car. Would definitely recommend dealership especially Alana and Steven who I dealt with today. Can’t wait to get my new car.

I recently bought a new Mini from this dealer and part-exchanged my old one.
The whole transaction was excellent in every respect.
Alana was very friendly, straight-forward and efficient in helping me to choose my new car and kept me fully informed of its progress leading up to the handover - which was very smoothly carried out by Ellianna. I am very pleased with the whole experience of buying from Sytner Coventry and would definitely recommend this dealership. Thanks to all the team there.

The sales representative was lovely and very helpful at point of sale. The post sales service however was substandard and felt very rushed. There was scratches to the car I wanted looked at and they are still present On the car even after I was told the body shop had taken care of them. I was called late on a Friday afternoon to collect and there wasn’t time to inspect as the car was already out by the barriers. I was told a full valet would be undertaken, I subsequently had to take it for my own independent valet as the valet carried out at sytner was less than satisfactory. There are also a few details of the car that are missing/damaged that were not bought to my attention at point of sale. I understand that the car is ultimately second hand but as Iv paid over £18000 for the vehicle I would have expected it to have been in the highest spec it could have been and feel unfortunately that it wasn’t and this could have been avoidable if more care/attention had been put in.
