i have received refund of my money Rs.1535.00, i thank you the systweak team for reaching their promise, now i can trust systweak for any further purchase of my like, i also thank trust pilot,

I purchased Advance Driver updater and purchased it for RS 1534.00 Indian Rupees.
I applied for refunds same day.

On 2 June 16 I applied For refund but I haven't got refund after 14 days.

No reply of My mail.
Systweak has not given any reply.

The service is very poor.

Also without any OTP from bank my money was deducted by directly inputting credit card number and CVV.

What's this I can't understand.

Please refund My money.

I am using Tweak Photos on my Mac for quite sometime and honestly, I love this app. It gives me super quick editing skills and make my pictures beautiful.

I am using Advanced Disk Recovery. This is the perfect tool to recover deleted files from the hard drive, USB & other storage media.

I am using Advanced Driver Updater and I am quite happy with the results. It is a very user-friendly driver updater software which is fully compatible with Windows. Thank you Systweak Software for this amazing software.

Using Systweak Antivirus for my PC
I am using windows 10 from last 4 years and using some other company antivirus but every time facing issues like extra usages of memory, lots of time to update the database and many more. But this antivirus is amazing and lightweight. Thanks for making amazing antivirus and price is also so cheap.

I've purchased an Advanced System Protector last month. It was able to repair infected files and remove the Potentially unwanted program/Malware/Trojan that was ignored by the Window's Defender, Avast Norton's, and McAfee antivirus software.

bought the antivirus on amazon. good product for the price. it is light on the pc which was very important for me.

Fake software, don't trust it!
Before install, it said is free, after installation and scanning, it says need to activate and the cost so expensive... Wow, such a fake application.

Bruh, it literary said it's free, and it will *guarantee* to update all drives FREE, but when I get in, get a scan, then try to update, BOOM, and it tells me you need to PAY to update them.
GARBAGE.
At least do what you say you do, or then just don't do say you do it when you don't do it.

bought it yesterday, got the code afterwards, paid for it, after one hours attempt, it is not possible to get it running, it asks if I want to buy some of their other programs instead.
waste of time and money

After a day of purchasing the advanced
driver updater it stopped working and then the desktop icon disappeared I have tried on two separate occasions to to get an answer by email but I have failed what can I do next

Duplicate Photo Fixer. Terrible company. NOT replying to any of my correspondence, having completed mails/tickets, every which-way I've tried them several times over. Problem is after having a complete new hard drive on my lap top, by Microsoft. three weeks ago. My download activation code NOT accepted. Says I've been blacklisted as tried to download exceeds the limit of P.C's .
I only have the one lap top. Refund required. of annual subscription of £35.95 paid to Systweak Cleverbridge on 07/01/21.

Systweak Antivirus is helpful!
I got systweak antivirus couple of weeks ago and it was easy to use, Helped protect my PC.
Some minor things can be improved but overall a good performance

RE-WRITTEN ON FEBRUARY 28: I bought the Advanced Disk Recovery, Systweak PhotoStudio (Lifetime Free) package from Systweak Software. And I regret spending the money. I deleted a file (shift+delete), which I needed to recover. Your software showed me the file and told me to pay if I wanted to restore the file. Once I paid, your software told me that the file has been overwritten. Plus, according to a mail from the seller, the software is auto-renewal, which is that the payment is automatically renewed every year. I do not recollect giving you permission to auto-renew.
I tried posting feedback on your website through your Contact Us option. But, my feedback was not being accepted even though it was within the 500-character limit specified by you. Surprisingly, the company's products are on top when you search online for data recovery software.
In the absence of any option for me to opt out of this unfair auto-renew arrangement, if you take any more money from my account, I will approach the cyber crime cell of the police. Alternatively, you can tell me how to opt out of the auto-renewal option.

UPDATE ON FEBRUARY 28: The company has informed that the auto-renewal has been cancelled. The company has refunded the money I had paid for the Advanced Disk Recovery, Systweak PhotoStudio (Lifetime Free) package.

In this bizarre world, where the online privacy has become a joke, I started questioning every new app that could help me secure my browsing history. This is when I get to know about the Private Browser Care which looked promising & as a shock to me, it worked the same way. Now I don't get worried about my digital footprints because they are perfectly same now.

I have been using Systweak Software - Advanced System Optimizer since 4 years and it is the best pc cleaning tool in the industry

This company is a SCAM - do not use them - They will charge your account $400 without any notification - the process to get a refund is long and the staff are rude and unhelpful. they also require access to your computer remotely to perform a refund, which is a cumbersome process and seems very invasive.

Tried "Duplicate Photos Fixer Pro", which seems to work okay. Checked the price and it's EUR 40. But when you add it in your cart, the page suddenly displays in a small, light gray font that it's a yearly cost instead of a one-time payment!

Just mention that upfront, then I wouldn't have wasted my time!

Can not give any rates. You people have no knowledge at all. I have paid for this thing, Carl Muller and the other guy have 0 knowledge. I want my money back, otherwise, I will advertise everywhere as possible. You have a week time.
