You're leadership at revoicer will not get back to me as I told this was the wrong app for me and doesn't read books like a text to speech app does so I requested a refund which they stated I have a month to receive and there just ignoring me so im having my credit card company attack for a refund. Be careful what you purchase.

I bought into their entry level program which is complete garbage! A bunch of robotic sounding voices. Their Facebook ad is a click and bait scheme that gets you to purchase lifetime software that's worthless! On the ad they tell you that you will receive all of the features you need to create great voice overs, only to discover those features are not available unless you upgrade to the Pro Version.

When I requested a refund, they responded with an offer to upgrade to the Pro Version for free. I decided to take them up on that offer and they never followed though with their promise to connect me with someone that was supposed to give me instructions for obtaining the upgrade.

When I rescinded my acceptance of their "free" offer and requested a refund because of their poor customer service, they ignored my request for the refund and have literally blown up my email address with offers to upgrade to the Pro Version. By the way, they have a 24 hour refund policy which they do not honor. If I could've given this company a "0" for this review, they would not have deserved it!

For the record, they have no customer service phone number to contact. That is on purpose! Neither do they have a corporate office address listed on their website. They brag about their customer service and how they put their "existing" customers above "new" customers. Are they serious??? That right there reeks of the poorest customer service slogan any company could ever adopt!!! Considering one customer above the next because they came before another means they don't really care about their customers...period!!!

It's been 17 days and counting. I will continue to let the emails pile up. They have crossed the wrong customer! 💀

Revoicer è uno degli strumenti di text-to-speech più completi che abbia provato. Le voci AI sono convincenti e la piattaforma è intuitiva anche per chi non ha esperienza tecnica. L'unica pecca è che in certi piani il numero di caratteri mensili si esaurisce in fretta se si lavora su progetti lunghi. Consigliato.

Ho comprato il piano lifetime, con in più l'opzione per clonare la voce.
Nelle demo fanno sentire voci fantastiche... Ma poi le voci in Italiano sono orribili, inascoltabili. Ho provato a clonare la mia voce, per scoprire poi che funziona solo in lingua inglese (e questo non era specificato nel modulo di acquisto), e se la volessi usare in Italiano, devo pagare il piano pro che costa uno sproposito. I sistema di lettura prevede poi un sistema in cui bisogna impostare manualmente il ritmo, tono, le pause... Ho provato a fare un breve testo, proprio per testare appieno il loro servizio... Risultato imbarazzante... Il Tom Tom del 1998 aveva voci più realistiche.
Loro promettono il rimborso entro 60gg, anche questo falso! Ho scritto loro chiedendo il rimborso, e non mi hanno mai risposto. Soldi buttati via... Lasciate perdere.
Però per mandare email tutti i giorni per invitarvi a piani a pagamento, sono sempre disponibili.

I love the voices. It helps me when I need to create presentations and my voice is not strong enough to speak.

The software is good and easy to navigate.
It requires more voices with different emotions. Also, rather than merging files when using more than two voices, it could have a conversation option to add more two or more voices in a single audio file

It is a click bait scam business who doesn't do what they are supposed to do and every click is an upsell. Forget about customer services as they simply ignore you as they have done with me for over a year! Dont worry about unsubscribing because they set their system to ignore that and keep on sending marketing/junk mail, which is illegal. Now I am taking them to the authorities where they may face a well-deserved hefty penalty.

I own a school and a learning center and this is just what I have been searching for! Only thing is that it is time-consuming putting in the pauses and the pauses are only applied to certain voices in the basic plan. Otherwise, it is terrific! Raised my students scores!

The program is easy to use and more than meets my needs.

Customer service was excellent. I made a mistake in the beginning and CS was more than generous with quickly resolving the issue.

It's taken me a while to write up my review.

I got roped into their FB ad promising the world.

I pay for the lifetime standard package (I think) only to find out, LOL, that you have to pay MORE just to get:

1. the voices that have emotion
2. you have to pay credits every time you download the audio and they only give you 2-3 seconds of a tester to determine if the audio sounds good.

There's NO WAY you can test an audio in only 2-3 seconds. Some of the audios could be 20-60 mins.

It's designed that way so you have to pay credits every single time you need to make a change. What I hear in the first 3 secs is not what I would hear in the middle or end.

I get they have to make money, but they NEVER told us that in the bait and switch ad. And they never said the voices with emotion is in the pro package, not the pro.

They also don't answer all of the questions in my email, or in some emails they didn't answer any at all. I assume they don't understand English well.

They did give me the pro version, but I was so upset that I would have to pay who knows how many credits just to get a good copy of my audio. I can just picture running out of their credits in a few months time.

And they barely had any voices with emotions and it was clear they were scammy based on not divulging any of this in their ad.

The finally straw was how they ignored some of my questions in their emails.

It could have been evil AI responding for all I know.

I did get a refund, but people should know what this company is like. And I read a few of the 1 star reviews and some of them (not answering questions) were similar to my complaints.

It was the best non face to face experience I have encountered. They made every effort to please me. As a senior and someone suffering from Parkinson disease I wanted a button on the desktop to start the program also more character's voices especially children.

Magnificent application!!! I have completely automated my training presentation!!! Well worth the cost!!!

It does not speak danish and spanish very well. Therefor I have asked for a refund. I hope it will come soon.

It does a lot more than I am aware of, but I found it does the basic stuff I need flawlessly. I really need to go deeper into it to reach the next stage of what I am able to produce. For now, having it turn my stories into audio books is great. :)

I feel a bit scammed by their terms. They abruptly remove voices from my paid program, without any warning. The voices sound too robotic too. Good price though.

It's a very simple-to-use app and delivers excellent results. The tutorial provides all the details on its use, and the customer service is responsive and helpful. Overall, a superb App.

Trying to do an audio book of a novel I wrote I am getting frustratrd with a number of things. Firstly, after every comma there is too much of a break. Especially when in a conversation mode. Things like, "You told me that the weather was going to be warm," Jane interupted. "Yet here it is freezing cold and blowing a gale." The proper gramma is to place a comma after the first piece of speech prior to writing Jane interrupted, however the pause when revoicer is voicing this is about 3 times longer than necessary. If I take the comma away it is running with the conversation.
Secondly, it does not recognise question marks most of the time. It just states the question as a sentence with no emphasis making it sound like a question.
Thirdly, lazy speech. Some of my characters have an attitude: ya, dunno, and other such words revoicer cannot cope with. It just spells out y a for ya. Fourthly, If Noah speaks with an Australian accent then I am writing this in Greek. He sounds nothing like Australian and does not pronounce the words in an Australian manner. Fifth, Words suddenly cut off such as "wha.." I have it cut off mid word for a reason. Why does it feel to finish off the word for me? Sixth, When I try to up the volune it does not recognise it intil the second part of the phrase.
A novel with over 300 pages and it has taken me 4 solid days just to try and get four chapters to at least sound right, but I cannot get shortened words right, I cannot get questions right. Some lazy speech I can get corrected if I use a stretched imagination in phonetically spelling it.
Suggestion, if you have available an option where we can speak into the system teaching it how to pronounce a word, that would be handy. Reprogram it to recognise inverted commas and a comma for a shorter break. I have noticed that I can remove the comma and add a 0.2 second break, a bit better but I have a lot of dialogue in my book and this makes it take forever to adjust. It really only needs a 0.1 second break for these moments - and a change in tone.
And one final thing, Noah can sound very robotic and monotone. Yes, I have all the grammatical symbols in place (exclamation marks, question marks etc) and no, these are not helping. Being a book set in Australia I would like an Australian sounding book.

I wish I had known a few important things before diving too deep into the Revoicer app and spending a significant amount of money on it.

First, there is no clear notice anywhere before purchase that you are required to change your password every 90 days. This is later justified as being for “security reasons,” but this requirement is not disclosed upfront, which is frustrating and inconvenient.

Second—and more disappointing—after paying the full price for the app, you quickly discover that you must also purchase points/credits to continue using it. Once those points run out, you are forced to keep buying more and more credits just to use the app’s core features. This ongoing cost is not clearly explained before purchase and makes the app far more expensive than expected.

Because of the lack of transparency and the constant need to spend additional money after already paying full price, I’m giving Revoicer only 2 stars. The disappointment comes not from the idea of the product, but from how these important limitations and costs are revealed after you’ve already committed.
