I spoke to Nicholas about switching provider for broadband for my elderly uncle. I spent the night before having a breakdown because many providers didn't deliver in his area.

He sorted everything without any hitches, got a great deal for my uncle for less than half the price of his current provider and explained everything to me. Stress over. It's great to speak with a human being to sort a new internet connection. Callum was very clear and friendly when describing the various packages and talking me through the process.

Nicholas called me and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

He was very patient and helpful with me and I appreciate that as I can take a while to understand the terminology used in contracts.
