The Swiss Army knife is beautiful and I am very happy with the product and see I’ve received.

Great product and speed service! Highly recommend.

I bought a Swisschamp, case and extra pens from this company. Very pleased with the product and service. I’m a very happy customer with no issues.

Excellent customer service, great products, easy to use website.

I have ordered a number of Swiss army knives from here. The ordering is easy and straight forward, no hidden costs. The knives are amazing and the personalisation is beautiful. They have all been presents and everyone loves them.

Great selection of tools and accessories which were easy to navigate on the website. Good value for money, prompt delivery.

I normally buy knives from Heinnie Haynes and love that seller, but if I want a Victorinox then these are definitely the ones to use, they offer the same top quality high service as Heinnie, but cannot be beaten on choice, options, and price for anything Victorinox, I highly recommend them.

Great prices. Very quick delivery.

Simple steps to order a personalised Victorinox. I had completed the buy in under a minute

Simple to order a top product, attractively priced and despatched promptly.

Fast and efficient ordering process and delivery was ok too.

Accurate description. Quick delivery

1st Class Customer Service. I made an error when I placed my order on-line so I contacted via telephone and my error was quickly corrected and my Swiss Army Knife was delivered within a couple of days. I’m extremely pleased with my new knife that I bought to replace my old one which I have used every day for the last 30 years !

Ordered a Swiss Army Knife two weeks ago for my dads retirement, other than the confirmation email and dispatch email I've had no communication from this provider, two emails sent and two message left on their website. After reading the other reviews I do strongly suspect something isnt right with this company and I do worry I wont get my order and if I do the engraving is going to be a cheap/tacky add on. How disappointing. I have requested a refund but no reply, please avoid this company!

Update: Had to dispute purchase through my bank, they have looked into this and sent funds back into my account. Do not trust or use this company, it is a scam!

The price, the service by phone and the delivery perfect...
Congratulations....

Definitely one to avoid. Clearly the company is cooking reviews. My order went through and they happily took money easily enough. However my knife is two weeks overdue. No response to suspicious web contact form, and no one answering phone. No email address given on website which should have been a red flag for me. Save yourself stress and headaches and do not use them.

Ordered my Swiss army penknife 29/12/20 still waiting no answer to emails. No answer to the phone. but as I am an optimist it might still turn up.

Order took a couple of weeks to deliver but as it was getting engraved, I thought it a reasonable time. The pouch that was ordered has not arrived and there is no communication from them. They don't answer the phone or emails. The 'engraving' is actually printed, not an engraving, and looks cheap. I'm now trying to remove it..

Great product, fast delivery , but had to pay VAT as I live in the EU.

So added 29% ( VAT and admin) to the purchase price - they should at least take off UK VAT for exports.
