I ordered a double crested plaque last week. The item is a wedding gift, the ceremony is later this month. The plaque arrived today along with a handwritten postcard. It is beautiful and great quality, I'm sure the happy couple will love it. I couldn't be happier with the product and the service. Thanks a million, Eoin. All the best to you👍

The experience was flawless. I ordered a plaque without issue and the big surprise was how quickly it arrived.

The Coat of Arms came out brilliantly and the customer service is top notch!

I put in a search request and it was less than 24 hours before I got a email response. I placed an order, they got it ready and shipped to me very quickly. They are in Ireland and I’m in the USA so I thought it would take weeks to get it, but because of Surname Crest’s fast work, I got my order in about one week.

Their work is beautiful! From the packaging to the actual print. Amazing!

I ordered a double named plaque, very happy with my purchase and would recommend Surname Crest to anyone. Thank you

Great service, reasonable and fast. lovely delivery note

I am absolutely delighted with my gift purchased for a dear friend. So unique, simply stunning. Quick and easy to find her family crest.

As a returning customer (numerous times!) I have to say, Eoin has gone above and beyond for me time and time again. The gifts that I purchase are superb, the customer service is second to none and the recipients are suitably impressed with the products. I will continue to return and recommend Surname Crest. Thank you Eoin for everything.

Outstanding professional quality. I couldn't be more pleased.

I ordered a crest plaque for my friends who are getting married. Delivery was quick. Item was beautiful and packaged very well, with a lovely hand written note from the owner.
I would highly recommend. Very reasonable too

It would be a great help if you could include the history, explanation, and origin of the crest (which part of the country is it from)

Very happy with the plaque. I’ve purchased it as a wedding present for friends but will definitely be ordering one for ourselves

I'm delighted with the gift I ordered for my friend's wedding. Service was quick, hassle free and really personal. The family crest itself is really lovely amd excellent quality.

Received a top quality product in a matter of days. I was delighted with what I received and would highly recommend surname crest to others.

Excellent product, excellent service. The item is beautifully made. Pre-purchase email queries were answered promptly and effectively, with images of the coats of arms available. Delivery was very fast and packaged with care. A handwritten card and free gift added a lovely personal touch.

Honestly could not recommend this company enough. Not only is it fantastic to support an Irish company, the service, speed and quality was seriously impressive. You can tell you are dealing with someone who is proud of what they do.

Contacted Eoin regarding my order, the day after I placed it, and got an instant response. I was worried (as it was so close to Christmas) that it would not arrive in time and he assured me that it was being sent in the post that day. I received it next day in Dublin.

I ordered the "Double Family Crest (Float Mount) - Wide Ceramic".

I was expecting it to look nice, I was not expecting it to look as nice as it does. It is beautiful. I gave it as a gift to my in-laws and they absolutely loved it.

It arrived with a hand-written note thanking me for my custom. Even the packaging was quality. It is rare that I would bother to leave a review, but companies like this one, that produce products as lovely as this deserve all the recognition they can get.
