Super fast delivery, delighted with the item

It is always a pleasure to place an order with this company and will continue to do so as long as my needs require me to do so. Eoin is THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!

The wonderful personalised oyster shell far exceeded my expectations. It arrived as promised. Even the packaging was great but the item itself is absolutely stunning.
You can probably tell - I’m delighted!

When I placed my order I was informed that my crest was not available and I was given a refund immediately. A very efficient person to do business with.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I bought a new grandparent Christmas ornament and it was so beautiful I bought another one for great grand parents. The personal touch is that Eoin puts in a hand written postcard to you and speaking to him made my order to my specifications and payment effortless.

Eoin always goes above and beyond with his orders. A personalised touch is always given and always appreciated. Returning customer for a reason.

Eoin went above and beyond at every stage, couldn’t have asked for more. Great products and fantastic service.

I placed my order one evening after work. Eion was back to me within the hour with my order to proof read and confirm, once I had confirmed again within the hour the order was completed and I was told would be despatched the next day. I received my plaque a few days later. Absolutely brilliant service as always and all the little touches are lovely. Great company to deal with and the products are top quality and are always treasured. Thanks Eion

Thank you for sending on the package so quickly and really lovely to get the surprise bonus print too!

I ordered a double named crest plaque for my recently married son & my new daughter in law. Super speedy delivery but the item itself is exquisite. Superb craftsmanship, I absolutely cannot fault it. And a very nice personal message included for the happy couple. They adored the gift and will have it forever. Thank you so so much :)

My first email enquiry was answered promptly and response was very helpful. My product is exactly what I had asked for, very good quality and delivered within a few days as requested.

The website was easy to navigate. The options were lovely. We ordered on a Sunday and it was delivered on Wednesday.

Absolutely excellent service! Ordered a double family crest with clock plaque on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. Extremely fast service and it was wrapped really well and had a lovely note with it. I will definitely be ordering again from them and will be recommending them to friends/family.

I ordered the picture plaque online from Surnamecrest. The service was quick and efficient, the order arrived looking fabulous. I am very pleased with it, the end result is stylish and sophisticated. It arrived in a timely fashion (especially as I was late in placing the order) It was a gift to a couple renewing their vows after 40 years of marriage. They were thrilled with their gift.

My experience with SurnameCrest.con was phenomenal! I’m not kidding! I tried and tried to find a company online that had the correct family crest and coat of arms and NOBODY anywhere had it. I had an old b&w copy of one from 1977. Plus I needed it super fast to complete a Family History Album I had been working on as a special gift for my brother. I asked Eoin at SurnameCrest if they could help. He said he would have to hand-draw a new color version which he did… overnight! All the way from Ireland to Southern California! And it turned out absolutely magnificent! His gorgeous artwork surpassed anything I could have imagined! The Coat of Arms is so beautifully detailed, it’s a true work of art. I can’t wait to present it to my brother! And I will absolutely be telling all my family and friends to make use of this incredible service! 5 Stars isn’t enough! I couldn’t be any happier with my SurnameCrest experience! I’ll be using them again!

Quality product, arrived promptly. Great personal service.

Very efficient, satisfactory to deal with, work excellent

Ordering experience via the website was simple and straight forward. I was able to customise the item i was ordering with ease. I was impressed with the speed of which the item arrived and the hand written postcard that came along with it was a nice touch. Great to be able to support an Irish business. Would definately order again.
