Great clothes but a bit pricey on certain items the sale is good however I wish they do bigger sizes as they come up small on certain clothes . I have superdry polo shirts that fit ordered same size but came out tighter fit. The staff in store were ace and friendly 👍 I would go to the same store again and again

The quality of the jeans was good and they fit great .Delivery was long and came in separate parcels with the stone security tag still attached. These were purchased online

My Superdry Coat had a fault in it, took it back to your Romford store and the assistant was so helpful and polite.

Klarna in store not working.and i was charged via klarna for something i did not het

Had to return an item.
Staff were very slow and refund was not processed correctly at Romford storr.
Had to call customer support the next day and the AI managed to process it super efficiently, after waiting 40 mons to get through.
Was annoyed this took 2 attempts and alot of time out of my days.

I ordered a hoodie on line to pick up at the Romford branch. I must have been a bit dopey when placed the order as it was completely the wrong colour. The staff were super. Took it back for refund and found me another in the store. The right colour. My husband also ordered a coat from them. The staff were so polite, helpful and friendly. I wish every where was the same. I hope the Romford staff get to see this review. They are the best.
