Great selection online and I got the items I wanted at a good price and reasonable pick up time.
Service instore was poor, youngster that seemed to be not interested in being there so manners lacking - very disappointing. Customer service skills /training needed in Romford store please :)

I went to Superdry to purchase a coat I liked very much. I couldn’t find the coat in my size so the shop assistant was very helpful and went upstairs to the 1st floor to locate the coat for me which I purchased and am very pleased with it!!

Ordered my partner a coat online for Christmas. Arrived in plenty of time, size needed changing and staff member at the Romford store made it quick and easy. Super helpful too in locating the other sizes to try and nothing was too much trouble.
