Large amount of coats to choose from, everything was priced clearly, and with a variety of sizes.

Shopped at the Bluewater store to try get a jacket, requested assistance from a member of staff. Very helpful and informative. Overall happy with my experience.

Friendly staff, great items in store. Only 1 issue is a concern on accessibility and how packed the shop floor is with merchandise, barely much room to move in between clothes racks, quite uncomfortable. Whilst shopping, a women with a buggy could not get through space with ease, anyone using a wheelchair would find it incredibly difficult to get around.

I would of given this coat 5 stars but the hood is very big, you can't see when you have it up. Besides from that, I love it.

I bought a jacket online for my son, it was too small and I returned with no problems in the superdry shop. Bought it again, it came very quick and my son loves it. Material is so soft and it's well made.

Good choice of coats although it sid make it a bit hard to move around the store.

Couldn't find the coat I wanted in my size, staff we so helpful and sourced correct size from another store and had it delivered within 3 days. Excellent service and love the coat!
