All the staff members I spoke to where lovely, as well as the order came in quickly and efficient. The order was perfect and I like how you use paper bags for orders.

I ordered an item in the store online
I ordered an item in the store online - as it wasn’t in stock. I have still to receive the item as third party courier never delivered despite leaving a card saying all delivered! I’m now stuck unable to contact either superdry or courier - and despite many phone calls I am unable to speak to a human or resolve the missing item. So now out of pocket with no item delivered. I am hoping, having returned and spoken to assistant manager of the store, I can resolve this. Becuase all parties have received payment for something I have yet to receive!

Staff helpful but availability not great
Online purchase not available in store so had to guess on sizing. Trousers too big. Very happy to simply return to store and reorder, staff very helpful.
Disappointed that length and waist I needed was not available.
I will need to pay a tailor to take up the trouser length
