We spent 11 unforgettable days in Cairo. Our tour operator, Nada Ashraf prepared an interesting and diverse sightseeing program. She made everything according to our wishes. She is very kind and patient.
We learned not only about historical Cairo but also about modern Cairo, its people, and its lifestyle. Thanks to the Sun Pyramids staff, we had a worry-free stay and could focus on enjoying our trip. Our guide Ahmed and driver Hisham also made our trip very successful and unforgettable. We will profit of services of this agency on our next trip. We highly recommend it.

Osama was excellent and the driver Mohammed, he had immense amount of knowledge and made our first time in Egypt very memorable, we loved the whole experience.

L’organisation de ce voyage a été remarquable du début à la fin. Un immense merci à Maryam, qui a géré d’une main de maître l’ensemble du séjour : organisation des visites, croisière, réservations des billets, coordination des chauffeurs… Tout a été parfaitement orchestré avec un grand professionnalisme et une disponibilité constante.
Les guides francophones ont également largement contribué à la réussite de ce voyage. Monica, pour les visites de Saqqarah, ainsi qu’Ahmad pour le reste du circuit, ont été particulièrement professionnels, attentionnés et passionnés. Leurs explications étaient claires, enrichissantes et toujours données avec le sourire.
Je tiens également à souligner la qualité du service des chauffeurs : véhicules toujours propres, ponctualité irréprochable, conduite prudente et attitude chaleureuse tout au long du séjour.
Un grand merci également à Youssef pour son accueil à Louxor, très appréciable après les déplacements.

We had a fantastic day in Cairo with our lovely tour guide Osama. He was so kind and honest to us and did everything he could to make the best out of the day and accomodate to our needs. He knows a lot about Egypt and even made many photo’s for us. Also, the communication with the company went very smoothly. L'agenzia di viaggio ha organizzato tutto al meglio. Tutti i servizi sono stati di ottimo livello, in particolare le guide con menzione particolare a Islam. Al Cairo abbiamo alloggiato al Jaz Pyramids Resort (sito a Giza) che consigliamo per la buona colazione e i servizi della struttura. La crociera sull'Orient Sun Times è stata veramente ottima. La nave non appare nuovissima in confronto ad altre, ma è pulitissima. le cambine sono confortevoli e rinnovate. La cucina è eccezionale per varietà e per qualità. Tutto lo staff è sempre con il sorriso e gentile nell'aiutarti per ogni esigenza. Il resto lo fanno piramidi e templi, ma anche tutto quello che ha il Cairo ha da mostrare (Nuovo Museo Egizio, Cairo copto, moschea, zonna fortezza di Saladino, etc). Un grazie ad Ahmed, tour operator e nostro contatto durante il viaggio. Si è sempre interessato di come stesse andando la nostra vacanza e ci è stato vicino anche uando il volo domestico da Aswan ha avuto un ritardo molto significativo.

Organizzazione ottima fin dalla fase di pianificazione, poi dell'organizzazione ed infine dell'assistenza in loco sia da parte di Esraa, la nostra agente di riferimento sia da parte del personale di Sun Pyramids in loco che fon dall'arrivo in aereoporto ci ha assistiti per tutto il viaggio dedicando particolare attenzione ai bambini.
Da sottolineare il mezzo di trasporto usato sempre pulito e a puntino e la guida sicura e "safety" del nostro autista.
Esraa e l'agenzia Sun Pyramids si sono dimostrati disponibili ed efficenti ance nel gestire piccole criticità sopraggiunte in uno degli Hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato.

The trip went smoothly. There were no Problems. The hotel in Kairo has been very fine. A perfect location with the best view to the pyramids and Sphinx.

Mohamed Hanii hat uns mit gutem Deutsch zum Frühstück mit Blick auf die Pyramiden geführt und uns anschließend die Pyramiden und die Sphinx gezeigt. Er hat uns viel über die Geschichte der Pyramiden erzählt und war sehr freundlich.
Ein Kamelritt mit Pyramiden Blick war auch dabei.
Klar weiter zu empfehlen!

We had a wonderful trip with Osama to Saqara Memphis Dahshor. It was great to have a driver and a guide. Osama had wonderful knowledge and a true passion for history. We enjoyed our guides company very much and had a great experience. I would 100% recommend.

We had a beautiful felucca tour on the Nile in Aswan, a very relaxing way to enjoy the river. We could customize our trip by adding a stop at the Botanical Garden (highly recommended). Dina, from the sales team, was very responsive and helpful to accomodate the tour to our needs. Special mention to our guide Youssef, who was very nice, knowledgeable and gave us a lot of interesting information about Aswan and Egypt.
